I felt bad for the trainee. He was asking for help on something and the two others with him were not willing to help at all, even saying “I hate when you do this in front of customers”.
Really made it seem like they just didn’t care at all. They had old signs up for things that they apparently no longer offer (cini-crisps), and when this poor trainee asked if they do them anymore, one of the other guys just subtly shakes his head no, never answering the guy…
And he was so reluctant to toast the burrito, and did a pretty careless wrap when it was done. I have only taken it out of the bag…
I totally understand not enjoying a food service job, but be kind and patient to your coworkers, damn.

Had an awesome experience at this restaurant tonight! Service was fast and very friendly employees!! The place looked very clean. Took our coupons making our meal very affordable. The food was delicious with generous portions. Will definitely be back!! I used to go to Chipotle but not anymore

DO NOT PASS GO. Nobody else there at 830. Had to ask if the steak was really steak, after watching dude pour it on the burrito with all the watery mess. Was told “yes” and asked if I wanted rice. And beans. The beans…another water mess. I dont even feel like typing the rest of what happened. This place going out of business soon. I USED to really enjoy hot head. Sad. Really just…sad. the customer service and the waste of my money. Just got out the hospital and had to stand on 1 leg and cook my own dinner after surgery, AFTER WASTING MY MONEY. I dont even have the energy to post a picture.

We love hot heads food but lately the Huber Heights store has gone downhill. We were missing food from our order, we called no answer, filled out a form and never heard back. So we paid for a burrito didn’t get it and they have done nothing to correct this issue.
Heard from them by email today with a coupon for a burrito in response to a survey we filled out. Hoping the holiday was the reason it took so long to respond.

I am not one that likes to leave reviews, but my experience with the hot head burrito store in Huber. Heights was very disappointing. It used to be a nice sized burrito, but now they barely put anything in it. The girl that was working put a little pop of sour cream in the middle of my burrito, and thought that was the way it was supposed to be. I asked for extra and she most definitely charged me for it. My bowl came to $17.94 because I added extra sour cream, extra chicken and extra beans, because she barely put anything in the bowl. Even with all the extras i ordered it still didnt even come close to touching the lid. I come in there because it is more convenient than driving up to Chipotle. But from now on, i’m gonna take the time and drive up there. Your stinginess has lost you a customer. I know i’m only one person but hopefully others will see this review and do the same.

We went to the Huber Heights Hot Head today. Anytime we go, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Today was no different. I highly recommend them.

I visited this location last night around 7:45–8:00pm on 2/19/26. There were about seven people ahead of me and five employees working. Unfortunately, what I witnessed while waiting in line was very uncomfortable.
The manager on duty was loudly yelling at the employee working the register, accusing him of not paying attention and not ringing in extras. She used profanity and told him he wouldn’t be getting a meal that night because he “can’t pay attention.” This was all said in front of customers.
She then walked down the line and continued loudly criticizing the other employees about their portioning while hovering over them. One employee was clearly flustered and kept apologizing and forgetting what he was doing.
It was hard to watch and created a very tense environment for both staff and customers. Regardless of performance concerns, no employee should be publicly humiliated like that. It made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I hope ownership or corporate looks into how staff are being treated at this location.
ALSO TO ADD: The portion sizes are ridiculously small and are getting smaller every time I come. I get they have to meet their portions for cost, but for the amount of money you pay they really do skimp on everything. Probably because of said manager breathing down their necks.

They have a buy one get one burrito or bowl which you can’t beat that is $10 to $12 save but other than that they are very good and the ingredients are always fresh. They do you need to pay their employees a little bit more money
