Spicy chicken sandwich combo. Very spicy, not a good choice for someone that might have GERD or acid reflex. Not busy at five pm on a Friday. Chicken sandwich was fresh and hot, very spicy. French fries were fresh and hot. Sandwich was better than Popeye’s. Several management on site, all were rude. The gentleman that was the shift manager was cordial.

Striking appearance. It was like walking into a futuristic KFC. The staff was courteous and professional. I was visiting from out of state. They gave permission to use the restroom, which was locked. The restroom was clean, and there was no foul smell.
My order for food was filled fast and with a smile. The chicken tenders were very tasty. The biscuit was so buttery tasting and soft but didn’tfall apart. I wish I had ordered more biscuits. They have ADA parking.
I went to other businesses in the area. Before leaving the state, returned and asked permission to use Restroom. I was granted permission. I would certainly recommend this KFC.

I ordered chicken livers and a biscuit. Also ordered a two-piece chicken with a biscuit. Only got a biscuit with the chicken and my chicken livers were hard as a brick. First time I ever had that problem at this location. I called back to tell them about it and the guy I was talking to was so busy trying to find out if I had a receipt. I could not find the receipt which is unusual for me because I get receipts for everything. That tells me that girl at the window did not give me a receipt and I did not pay any attention. I will be going to the randleman road Kentucky fried Chicken or the battleground Kentucky fried Chicken. They don’t seem to care on Bessemer avenue if their customers are satisfied.

Although the food is good, the customer service is sucks. The cashier at this KFC was arrogant, and they didn’t give me my complete order. There was a tense atmosphere throughout the ordering process, and she kept walking away for no reason.

This kfc needs to be shut down it’s unacceptable to go pay your money and get crappy food! I ordered a new Nashville hot chicken bowl with fries literally they put like 5 fries in the bowl I called and spoke with the manager she was like yes it comes like that really !!!!! I won’t ever recommend and anybody that asks I’ll tell them they better off picking it out the trash!!!

Customer Serice was great and the food great but the atmosphere smelled like straight Urine no not the bathroom the DINING area it smelled so bad I was praying to smell some grease or chicken but the smell didn’t break.
5 stars on the service and the food but 0 for Urine smell. KFC dining room should never smell like Urine almost lost my appetite

Just left this KFC and I am highly disappointed! My fiancé and I stopped to get food for us and our kids and the light skinned woman with freckles at the drive thru window had an attitude and was very unpleasant. Our food order was all wrong. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got them. We asked for a little ice in our drinks and got a whole cup full!! One of my chicken little sandwiches had a chicken tender that was so hard it was not edible! Not to mention when we received our food we said “Thank you” and she said nothing. Just stared at us blankly. Even after sensing she had an attitude my fiancé still said “have a good day” as she was walking away and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even respond. I really don’t understand why she is even at work treating people like that. We will not be returning and she needs to take a vacation or quit!

When I say greasy best believe it. You could look at the pastries and tell the oil needed to be changed but they continued to fry it in the same oil. I called the store and they was nice enough to replace the order but fried the product in the same grease ♀️. Disappointed was an understatement. The inside of the restaurant was empty and I saw a worker filtering the oils in another frier..I hope they replace fresh oil in at least 1 of those friers

Where do I start. Well let’s start with the fact that on New Year’s Eve they literally ran out of chicken. The woman taking orders said they had no chicken in the building. They also were out of liver. That’s nothing new. My parents enjoy liver so we call ahead to make sure they have them. Someone got it wrong that day because they didn’t have anything.
They have remolded this location. The food doesn’t taste as fresh as the Battleground location but the restaurant is nice.
UPDATE!
I decided to give them another try and it’s not any better. The lady in the drive-thru was rude. After repeating my order several times she finally got it right. My chicken was so small. And it didn’t taste very fresh. My daughter’s sandwich was a good size but it was sloppy. I just expect better. I’m going to keep this as a 1 star review. Maybe they will get better at some point.
