Great customer service! Jason helped me and he was kind and knowledgeable. And the coffee I got was DELICIOUS! I got a hot Pumpkin Latte with oat milk. I added a half pump of caramel and I had them add the Pumpkin Cold Foam. It was so smooth and creamy. And you could still taste the coffee. And it wasn’t too sweet. This year I have been disappointed when trying pumpkin coffees from other coffee shops and they didn’t taste like pumpkin. But this ONE did! This is the best pumpkin coffee I’ve ever had!

I’ve tried Caribou Coffee about 3x times now since moving to GA from Long Island, NY (where coffee is a big deal!!!) And this stuff is great! Everytime I go its delicious and the french toast sandwich is unmatched! The only downside is if you go during peak hours sat morning expect a line!!! To me its worth it if you have the time. Other than that, 10/10!

I’ll start this off by saying that if you’re looking for a review ON THE COFFEE, this isn’t the place. I’ve never actually had coffee and don’t really know anything about it — so, sorry. Can’t help you there. But after being a fan of 7Brew, I’ve recently been into the flavored energy-drink style provided at these types of shops. Obviously, there isn’t one in Athens, but I googled something similar and Caribou came up. The blue raspberry LEMONADE energy is phenomenal. AND IT WORKS. Actually gives you energy, not just flavor. Try it out. The food was just decent, your regular coffee shop reheated items. But that drink will keep me coming back weekly.

Caribou Coffee always delivers outstanding service. During my recent visit, the barista—her name was Rachel, I believe—was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made my order quickly and with a great attitude, and the whole team kept the shop running smoothly. The hot chocolate and my coffee with cream and vanilla were great as always, but the friendly, attentive service is what really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this location!

Service was good, like most coffee shops. But the plain black dark roast, which I get from every coffee shop I visit, was not very bold tasting. It left a lot to desire compared to most of the competitors. I will say that it did come out very quickly, as it should.
