I ordered carry out online and I mean the food itself tasted fine but look at how they cut the pizza man… it’s an abstract art piece! they cut the cheesy bread ONCE and then gave up!!! All of the other negative reviews say they couldn’t get ahold of the place through calling, so I’m not even going to bother. Just go get south coast pizza instead. Similarly priced but much better quality.

Lost a couple stars because the pizza was not cut very well. The pizza had good flavor wings had great flavor. The only thing is the outline of where it was sliced just the edges were cut. I will try this location again.

If I could give less than one star, I would so I do Instacart for a living and that only so my hard earned money went to what you see below or what you see above wherever the pictures are at. I tried calling the store and they never answer. I’m always on hold for 30 minutes or more if someone either took a bite of my pizza or this pizza was just really messed up but I’m very pissed off because I cannot eat a pizza but I think someone took a bite out of because who knows what kind of germs they may have And now every Pizza Hut goes through DoorDash for drivers so there’s no telling whose fault it was, but it was mostly the store. I know that much I will never order from here or anywhere else ever again.

Got put to some arab call center. Not the actual store. Barely spoke English.
Hung up on Achmed, drove to the store. 740pm and the doors were locked. Credit card machine was broken, only accepts cash. Lol . Omg.
Went to little Caesars instead. 12$ out the door and their credit card machine was working. No arab call center. Enough said

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app and it gave this stores location for the delivery on Sunday February 8.2026 and one of the mountain dews was drunk out of and I did not drink it I had to dump it out that’s a health hazard.and the people that delivered my order was giving me dirty looks and they were trying to get more money from me thinking they were cute I should have never gave the $3 tip. I will never order from that Pizza Hut ever again or through the dumb app I do not recommend Pizza Hut from this location.

Ordered on door dash. The dasher was awesome but when I opened my order it was made incorrect.i requested NO CHEESE on one of my pizzas due to an allergy which was also stated on my receipt and I still received the CHEESE ON MY NO CHEESE REQUESTED PIZZA. I called the restaurant and the lady put me on hold until the store closed after I told her what I was calling about. I did not spend 42 dollars to not be able to eat a portion of my order. It’s very unprofessional and it’s laziness. I’ve never been treated with so little regard.

This is the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I got confirmation my order would be ready and had to wait 1 additional 1 hour before receiving it. Why did I wait, cause I placed it for my son and some friends for pickup and I am an hour and a half away. When I try calling about my complaint, I would be sent to a call center. The call center said they were picking up cause they were not answering their phone at the restaurant. If you want to place an order and especially at the 2405 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, Tn location…, DON’T !!

If they weren’t so busy entertaining customers in the lobby that weren’t even paying customers they were just chilling and let’s see another employee wasn’t so busy eating maybe they would have gotten my order right but I need to get everything I ordered I’ll not be back to this Pizza Hut this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a pizza online. When I entered the store to pick it up, there were 3 employees sitting around the dining area doing nothing, and they were clearly not pleased to see me. Made me feel like I was an unwelcome… My pizza was not even nearly cooked. The dough was raw inside, and the toppings barely warm. Not the first time this has happened, which is why this review is being posted. Service and food quality here are abysmal. Stay away.
