If you’re anywhere near Hollister and craving truly exceptional tacos, you have to stop by this taco truck. I’ve eaten at plenty of taco spots in Hollister, but this one immediately became my favorite.
The food is absolutely top-tier. The tacos come loaded with perfectly seasoned meat—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The tortillas taste fresh, and the salsas are on another level. Terrible service, rude, arrogant. Charge $5 dollars for an horchata like they’re a restaurant. They dont grill the pineapple on the al pastor. The Asada is too greasy. Too expensive. They dont give you a receipt -THAT IS ILLEGAL!
