This was also the first time I ever finished a snow cone! My mother and I were both so happy with everything, especially since other places just serve straight syrup. Here, everything is made with all-natural, real fruits, making it healthier and tastier! There were also shaded sitting areas.
First of all, I have to mention how their menu instantly reminded me of when I visited Hawaii, especially with the island-style snow cones that come with ice cream on the bottom and all these fun tropical flavors.
I got the #8: Loké Glow which has strawberry, lychee, and rose flavors and honestly, I had never had a snow cone with these flavors so I didn’t know what to expect, but wow. The flavor was light, creamy, and so refreshing. Not too sweet, but perfectly balanced and really unique. They also add a coconut cream on top. It’s the perfect topping – So delicious and it adds a rich, smooth finish, and with the ice cream underneath, it’s next-level.
Service was great, and the menu has tons of creative combos I want to try. Honestly thinking about going back already. This place is definitely going to be my go to spot in for snow cones this summer in San Marcos.
It was only $4.99 for a regular size, which felt like a steal. They serve it in eco-friendly containers too, which I appreciate. The place is family-owned, the staff is really nice, and there’s covered seating out back that’s perfect for hot days.
Definitely coming back. This is my new favorite snow cone spot in San Marcos.
