I have previously left some pretty negative reviews at this location, but everything is great now! Mobile order was perfect, they gave me plenty. Each time i eat inside its clean, service is amazing and fast, nice employees, and they give u enough! Its great. Happy to say its improved!!

I really tried to avoid doing it this way, but I put in a complaint online and no one has reached out to me yet, so now I am leaving this 1 star review here. Everything was fine until I found this in my food. Mind you this was the very first day that they opened. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This could have been very dangerous had I swallowed this. This is very unacceptable. There is no way to teach management by phone or anything. Do better Chipotle.

This is sad. They just opened and it’s already going downhill fast. Counter was full of food mess, ingredients dripped and drizzled into each others compartments, employees touching their hair and hats and clothing with gloves on and then returning to the line. There was a man with a clipboard that looked like he might be a manager, but there was no management going on there. On a positive note, the woman taking payment was kind.

I really want to like Chipotle, seriously, I do. But……
It seems they can’t grasp the concept of keeping the place clean. This isn’t the or even the second time we’ve found their place to be a train wreck.
We had to wipe off our own table to have a place to sit. And it wasn’t like the place was packed. Only two other tables were occupied. The rest of the tables were dirty. Not just a little dirty either, but trash and food pieces laying on the tables kind of dirty.
The staff was standing around not doing much of anything. The guy we figured was the leader or manager walked past dirty empty tables multiple times without so much as a glance. The floor needed to be swept. The bathroom had loose paper littering the floor and the sinks needed to be wiped down.
For a place that has decent fast mex type food, it is just sad that they can’t manage to understand that customers don’t want to eat in a wrecked looking place. We won’t be back for a good long time, if ever.

I had an order placed through Uber Eats for a kid taco meal..It was to include steak, rice and cheese. It was delivered with only cheese and 2 taco shells. So DISAPPOINTING AND RUDE!!! So, no one is checking the container before it is closed?????? If the container was lightweight to me, it should’ve been lightweight to staff as well Too bad I can’t upload the photo of the item delivered…..

I went there this past Sunday to grab dinner around 7PM. Honestly, I couldn’t help but feel bad for the employees that were severely understaffed. It was rough to see the line almost reach the door and a line person handling both orders and cash while another one juggled between the line and cutting proteins. Luckily, I placed an online order and the gentleman was kind and made sure to let me know there is a slight wait. The wait times had gotten so bad that half the line left. From what I see, this is a fairly new location. Please focus on making sure you are properly staffed before trying to squeeze the place for profit. You could’ve made more money if there had been enough staff in the line to push them out the door. Additionally, you are running your employees down and killing their morale.

Wasn’t greeted upon entering an almost empty store with no one in line. The young lady working seemed as if I had inconvenienced her entire day by the look on her face and simple said, “what are you getting”. I should have left then. I ordered and asked a couple of questions and barely heard the answers. I asked for chips and vinegaette dressing (which was barely filling the bottom) and she never said anything else, not even my total. I tapped to pay and she walked away without saying a word. I was irritated at this point and should have checked by bag but I didn’t and guess what…she didn’t put the chips that I paid for in the bag and didn’t realize it until I got home. I understand that everyone has a bad day but don’t take service jobs if you have this type of attitude. I highly doubt that I will be going back to this location.
