Had a mobile order with 2 cheeseburgers, 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickle, one double cheeseburger add lettuce and tomato, and chicken nuggets.
Got my order after a wait, no lettuce or tomato on my double, went back through, got the burger remade, and this is how it looked.
Update: Decided to give them another chance. My husband place an order 15 minutes before I showed up, order took 10 minutes past arrival time to be ready. I ended up going inside, where I watched the front counter gentleman throw our stuff into the bag forcefully. When approached about the time situation he claimed that they aren’t allowed to start the food until we arrive. I know that isn’t true because I’ve placed mobile orders with this company before.
Got the food home, they only filled the large hashbrown about 1/3 full, and all my sandwiches tasted like they dumped a pound of salt on it, not to mention the biscuits were way over cooked. Ended up feeding it all to my dog.
Your store needs an overhaul. Retrain current staff or replace them. This is ridiculous

Asked for light sauce, definitely not light sauce, its a flood. Messy as hell, at least yall consistently suck at your jobs. Fries were cold as well, and all your employees were standing outside for a while at peak lunch time, literally 11:30

Very good service and the staff is amazing. They get your order correct I never have to worry about checking my bag when I come through drive thru it’s amazing too me because that s the whole reason I choose drive thru because I don’t want to go in. Great job

Ordered 2 bacon kings plain with well done bacon. Bacon was undercooked on both. I took them back in to have them remade and they had a bad attitude about it. Then they remade the sandwiches putting only one slice of bacon on each burger. Absolutely ridiculous service. Should have went across the street to McDonald’s and got the quarter pounder instead.

They never can get a order right. Every delivery order is missing items and they refuse to give refunds for missing items. Only coupons are offered so you can order again and lose more money.

Ordered the bacon king, an over 13 dollar meal with a burger that is advertised to have 6 slices of bacon. I was given 3 slices of bacon. The cold fries filled barely half of the size small container. For the ridiculous price of a burger that’s primary focus is bacon, I got screwed.
