Insanity…. I was greeted at the counter and was told there would be a 10 minute wait on biscuits after my order I was again told it would be much longer than 10 minutes on Biscuits, then AFTER sitting down and waiting for the 10 minutes I was politely given someone else’s order. I then brought it back to the counter and waited another 15 minutes before receiving my order after seeing it was given to another customer at the counter which I then approached and informed him it was mine, not his. The food itself was amazing. Those new maple biscuits were especially swell and the eggs were nicely placed on the sausage, egg biscuit. I feel like maybe I should’ve taken the drive-thru because these ladies are good workers but there is absolutely no organization skills here. Which could cause serious problems with customer interaction.

Cane pick up a DoorDash, there was only two people here and it took forever for them to help me. They were not busy I was the only customer nobody inside or in drive through!! I am trying to get people’s food to them in a timely manner; how am I supposed to do that when they are taking 20+ minutes to get an order together?!?!?

I tried out the candied bacon Frisco in their dining area. The team was friendly, laughing, and working together well. Everything was very clean, and the food was good. The whole dining area was meticulously decorated for Christmas. They even had a little Christmas village. How nice! Sorry I don’t have a photo of my meal…I ate it.

i have no idea what could have been going on behind the scenes when i wanted to order something just now, but i got talked down to like a child when there was confusion about a menu option. for the record, i’m 20, and i’d like to think i’m smart enough to know a combo is an entree, fries, and a drink.
besides that, i’ve had mostly positive experiences with this location. after this, though, i don’t feel too inclined to come back.

The staff are so incredibly nice! But if ordering anything but breakfast, keep your expectations low! They don’t like being asked to make fresh burger patties.

Down right RUDE. Lady at the window wouldn’t even speak or investigate why the coupon did not go through. If the lady that was working the window on Saturday October 11th at 10:00am can’t find another personality she needs to be on the grill. Then had to walk in to get napkins and they were too busy talking to deal with customers. RUDE
