Amazing service!! We love the staff here. I wish I could remember her name for a special shout out. She interacts and is so patient with my 3yo since she orders. Food is great, place is clean. Great selection on ingredients and freshness. Definitely something for anyone here

Update again: tried it once more. This time I was met by a young gal named Macy. I can’t even begin to tell you how simply amazing her level of kindness was. She smiled, asked how our day was, and chatted while prepping the pizza. She probably has no idea that she changed my whole night around.
Update: last couple times Customer Service has gone down hill. Wondering if there is new management or lack there of.
Today I was met with attitude and irritation from an employee (picture below. not the gal at the register but the other one in the background). She really shouldn’t be working with customers.
Love that they have gluten-free options and they change gloves. However if you are very sensitive then this isn’t the place for you since it’s filled with flour everywhere.
Food is okay. It’s hit or miss on how it’s cooked but it’s super thin so be prepared for that.
Hopefully they work with the employees to provide a more friendly environment to customers.

I ordered through Uber eats and they admitted they forgot my salad. They didn’t offer any kind of apology or compensation for my trouble. Kid told me to just go through Uber eats for a refund. Pizza is mediocre at best! Picture provided. Tastes about as bad as it looks. I won’t be returning.

So yummy!! After a long day I didn’t feel like cooking but I wanted something good and somewhat healthy…I love how the pizzas are one price and whatever toppings you like. Unfortunately I’m allergic to a lot of food items, but fortunately Fired Pie has a lot of food items I am able to have so I am able to create my own delicious pizza! It’s not fast food, but my pizza and my husband’s pizza was fired up fast and we were out the door and home enjoying our pizza within 20 minutes. We’ll be back… often!

The pizza and salads at Fired Pie are consistently excellent. Our family devoured the Margharita Pizza, the Hawaiian Pizza, Mediterranean Pizza, the Chicken Pesto Pizza, and two salads. The only problem is that I ordered online and shortly after I ordered I received a message that the restaurant was extremely busy and that my pizza order would be delayed by another 20 minutes. I still arrived early and found the restaurant to be completely empty. My pies were the only ones in the warmer, and they had forgotten to make one of them, so I still had to wait. The staff was just milling around, wiping tables and doing general cleaning. I think there is a problem with the app, as there was no reason why my order should have been delayed or incomplete. Disappointing.
