I ordered from this Mexican spot in Baltimore, MD. The food was pretty good! We ordered the Grilled chicken breast, traditional that comes with rice, beans, tortillas, chicken breast, and salad. It was a lot…definitely had leftovers. Also, had the barbacoa torta, which is braised shredded meat on soft bread with the fixins, came with tortilla chips on the side. The food was tasty. For drinks, we ordered the passion fruit juice (maracuya). The drinks were refreshing and authentic. However, the juice was a tad bit too sweet for me. I added more ice to the juice to water down the sweetness.
Overall, the food was good.
Prices for the food are reasonable.

Wow.

Came here by accident bc I was in the area. Was looking for a giant bowl of soup bc Baltimore decided to start winter today.

Caldo de res. Under the “Soups” section it just says “beef”. Most humble label in the world in my opinion because this giant, half-gallon (guesstimate), steaming-hot bowl of goodness came out w a small side of rice, 3 tortillas (thicker kind), a poblano pepper, and onions and cilantro you could put in. Best I’ve had in a while, huge thick chunks of fall off the bone, tender short-rib. All for $19.99, great price for the amount of meat you get. I’m just mad I didn’t get a photo before I inhaled the entire thing.

The worker didn’t speak much English but that’s when you know you’re gonna get some authentic stuff. I used the little Spanish I have to communicate my gratitude and praise.

The inside looks like a typical American bar (probably used to be), with a stage and a projector they probably use for events.

I will be back

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. It is sooo good. Great size portions and flavor. If you want authentic this is the place to be. Do not be discouraged, use google translate. They are patient and you should be too. I am not Spanish speaking but I was welcome. TACOS ARE BOMB!

Tried this place out. Seen post about best birria tacos. Food was definitely plentiful and overall good. I won’t say they have the best birria tacos cause I’ve had better but they definitely are good. The atmosphere was really nice good music and decent crowd. Service was A+. I’d definitely recommend and will be going back to try other dishes.

Decided to try a new spot for Cinco de Mayo (support local). I’m glad I stopped in here. I walked in to order for carryout. The service was bueno – they had me practicing my Spanish. the menu es en Español and I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I wanted to to keep it simple so I went with a Burrrito con Pollo and some Yuca Frites(fries). Both were really delicious. The chicken was shredded and very nicely seasoned. And the yuca was fried perfectly. Neither came with any sauce but I’m sure they would’ve given if asked. This came to just about $20 bucks.

Next time I go back, imma try the birria.

Sidenote: The space is cool too, there are pool tables and a stocked bar. The authentic music in the background. Bigger than I thought from the outside.

The tacos are amazing. The Guacamole was the best I ever had. Only complaint was it was Sunday night and it was loud. Not a big deal. I still would’ve came.
