Based on the negative reviews, it’s clear that ownership doesn’t read them. However for those that read reviews before going to an establishment, this is for you.
Also, complaint about this specific place aside, the McDonald’s staff down the road is MUCH friendlier.
We selected “No ice” on the app and for some reason it didn’t go through to the order. My wife politely asked for no ice and they did it…but they wrote this note on the receipt. Listen, we don’t work for IT so can’t say why it did or didn’t go through but the note was unnecessary. She was polite and wasn’t trying to cause problems. Do your job and put the drink in the cup. This isn’t for the entire staff because she said the manager was nice, but it IS for whoever my wife was dealing with that gets paid minimum wage to flip burgers and wants to catch an attitude with someone who wasn’t giving you one.
Also, we requested cheese on the wraps and that wasn’t on there. They had to fix that too.

I gave one star because there was no zero!!! This is the 3rd time I have paid for items not in my bag. After 20 mins of waiting at the drive thru. I should have known better. But kids were hungry n cranky. And trusted tht people can do there job. Omg. Never coming back to this burger king. What a joke .

Outstanding, fast paced service with absolutely extraordinary hot fries, with my fish sandwich, truly amazing service food was excellent served handled well.
Will truly stop by again from Rocky Mount, while driving that direction again…

It is a real shame how you pay the expensive prices for this food and they don’t even bother to properly cook it. How hard is it to make sure a burger is properly done or fries for that matter. In my case onion rings. I stopped eating at this burger king but I was hunger and this is where I went. My fault for going back on my declaration to not eat there anymore. To the owners you better reteach your people how to properly cook that meat before someone gets sick and you end up being sued and as soon as someone gets sick I will step up to be a witness with my evidence of my proof of undercooked meat. Do better, hire better and be better.

Sorry disrespectful people who don’t care what they serve the general public. Went to the drive thru to get breakfast and was served under cooked biscuits and raw bacon. Just disgusting when I opened it. Never again. Don’t talk to the district manager Craig, he’s a smart ass and thinks he can talk to customers how ever he pleases! I will be going over his head on this matter.

The nastiest burger king I’ve ever been in. There was a single customer inside it was 8 o’clock at night there was trash everywhere and not a clean table anywhere i mean filthy there was still trash on the tables from breakfast. All the employees where taking turns stepping out the side door to smoke weed guess that was more important then the tables getting cleaned.

I visited this place on Sunday 23 2025 at 5:30 pm. Cashier never waited on me. I’m standing there while a group of women conversations. It was about 5 of them just running theirs mouth doing nothing. I went around to the store part,and I asked that Cashier is anyone working at burger king. She looked at the other ladies doing nothing. I left the store. I will never go back again. I had a terrible experience in the drive through at this Burger King. My order was wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (Angie) accused me of lying when it was her own mistake. They were lazy, rude and unprofessional refusing to make the missing $3 chicken wrap and making it seem like I was being deceitful. Completely unacceptable. This horrible leadership on the managers part is also a reflection of how their employees also treat customers had the window slammed in my face twice another employee told me if I wanted the issue resolved that I had to walk inside when all of this could’ve been resolved with an apology and correction and being professional and giving me the rap that I paid for and at the end, the manager said “well I’m just going to give you the rap so you can get out of the drive-through there’s other people behind you” when it was my second time already going through the drive-through because they did not want to resolve the issue. when it was her fault to begin with
