After leaving the ER late last night due to a car accident, it was almost 11 PM and my family and I hadn’t eaten all day. We were a little worried about showing up so close to closing time, but we decided to stop at Arby’s and I’m so glad we did.

The service was phenomenal! The man working the drive-thru was friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. Our food was fresh, DELICIOUS, piping hot, and made quickly, honestly the best Arby’s we’ve ever had. The restaurant looked spotless, too everything was so clean and well-kept.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this location, and I can tell there’s been a huge turnaround. The last time I visited years ago, it wasn’t a good experience at all. Whatever changes have been made new staff, new management, or both they’ve completely turned this place around.

We weren’t made to feel like a nuisance at all, even that close to closing. It was truly a shining light of positivity in our long, stressful night. Thank you to the team for their kindness, cleanliness, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

I went through the driver thru and got the beef and cheddar meal w potatoe cakes and orange fanta. The classic. After driving 40 mins home sat down and was looking forward to the roast beef and cheddar since I dont normally get the luxury of eating out and Evan more rare do I get to go to Arby’s. We dont have one in our town. So like I was saying I was looking to my sandwich. I was so disappointed to find out it didn’t have the cheese. That’s what makes Arby’s so delicious is the roast beef and cheese. Tried to call store to let mgr know what happen and got no answer twice. I would like to compliment the lady at the windows. She was very friend. She sat and chatted w me while we waited on my incorrect sandwich. She was very likable and friendly. However who made the sandwich was not timely in making they failed to put the cheese on. Then the no answer twice was what topped of my experience. Both issues are easy to fix to prevent it from happening again. Thank you

Arby’s is not normal fast food some people may not like it and some people love it. Tonight the Beef and Cheddar was spot on as well as the crinkle cut fries. Even the sweet tea hit the spot. They are doing right in Greenville, TX.

I got a double beef and cheddar without the red ranch, classic roast, and a French dip on the app because the double beef and cheddar was $4. I got my order and went home. When I got home I noticed that the double beef and cheddar had less meat on it than the classic roast beef. I tried to call the store twice to speak with the manager and got no answer on either call.

Unfortunately, 2 out of three times, I’ve had my au jus leak all over. Not just the bag but my vehicle. Not sure why it’s so difficult for the folks working her to put a lid on correctly. If you don’t want to deal with cleaning your vehicle, don’t bother with this Arby’s.

I normally don’t write negative reviews but today I went to get lunch through the drive thru. I was given my order so I opened the bag while still there and notice my order was wrong so I told the young lady I was told to give them the bag she turned around and gave me the correct order so I went to work to eat my food. I got the 2 for $6 and I got the fish sandwich which was good and then I took a bite of the so called classic roast beef sandwich and notice the beef had a different texture and looked nothing like what I had before and i opened it up and noticed they gave me some cold cut type of meat that did not look like roast beef! I was completely disappointed and I’m afraid I will not be back!

Don’t eat at Arby’s 5420 at 5001 hwy 69s

I only made it to McDonald’s next door and took a bite from what should have been a plain chicken sandwich add cheese.

Over a foot long hair in the sandwich so I immediately went back only for the male at the window, became very rude proclaiming it wasn’t from there.

Refused to replace my order even after I took of my hat shower my hair is under a inch and a different color.

The manager came and looked at the hair saying they where hairnets, I didn’t see anyone with wearing them.

She agreed the hair was reddish blond and over a foot most definitely not mine

The manager did replace the sandwich and apologized for the rudeness of the other employee

However the damage has already been done and I will never go back to that location again. Ever

I don’t know whose hair I bit into or what disease they may or may not have so should I be worried.

Everything we got was burnt black, I called up there to tell them that everything they have is was burnt and nowhere near eat able and the lady told me that “that’s the way they just come out when they cook them & that they was just all like that”. If that’s the case y’all need to change the oil and it very old. On top of that the lady didn’t even ask to remake it or nothing.
