Absolutely insane I have to even leave a review this is my first time ever doing it. Today Saturday, February 14th 2026 I walked into Noodles and Company on westnedge in portage at 9:30 at night because of my schedule during the day this is when I get food. I was greeted with a huge sigh and no eye contact just the young girl infront of me staring at the time it was 30 minutes before close, I tried to order 2 meals one for me and one for my girlfriend for valentines day. I had gotten the orders through and was given a pitty show of she wanted to be at home rather than doing the job she gets paid to do I was then informed it would be $20.20 through a mumbling upset voice and i can admit if I didnt hear her thats fine but the addup of attitude and showing me she didnt want to be ther ei left with my money and no business for the store I and many others will not put up with scrappy attitude before I eat my food thank you for reading this if you have and I hope you have a great rest of your day/night/week i will be taking my business elsewhere.

we waited over 30 minutes for a bowl and a salad. at that point we had to go up and ask for our food. after we changed the food to togo we had to go back up and ask for forks. while we were waiting to ask the guy in charge started scolding another worker for typing in someone’s order wrong. she accidentally made a mistake and got scolded at in front of the whole store. He was very unprofessional and unreasonable. overall we waited for a long time and we definitely won’t be coming back.

My husband had the beef stroganoff, and I had the new dish, lemon garlic shrimp scampi.
The beef was tender and very flavorful. It had a mushroom sherry cream sauce with egg noodles. There seemed to be a lot of steak.
The shrimp scampi was very good as well. It had a cream sauce with artichokes and cherry tomatoes. There seemed to be a lot of shrimp.
My one critique is the artichokes. I love them, but the outside layers could have been taken out. The outside layers can’t be eaten, well, I couldn’t eat them…lol. Other than that, I would order it again and again.

Japanese pan noodles with chicken is delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always asking if we need anything. The restaurant is always clean. Will go again.

Ordered the regular mac and cheese. Emilee was my cashier and she was really nice. Food was reasonably priced really good. The entire staff made me feel welcome and they were very helpful.

Very dirty restaurant, litter all over the floor with hardly any customers present. The food was lukewarm and undercooked. The broccoli in the Japanese Udon Noodles was raw. The pot stickers arrived after we received the entrees and were cold. The food looked unappetizing. Horrible lunch, will not return.

QUALITY OF THE FOOD- we ordered Korean noodles, Mac and cheese and spicy penna rosa. Compared to other noodles and company, it’s not came out great. Koren noodles showing in their menu and one came out looks different. Spicy penna Rosa never spicy.
