Really rude worker, I got the 9 dollar box which comes with a large drink. They didn’t give me a drink & when I told them they gave me a medium with an attitude and when I asked why she gave me a medium she said that’s what comes with all boxes and when I told her the menu shows otherwise she says that’s crazy and closed the window. They was no other customers they weren’t busy just not wanting to work. No napkins. No sauce even though the asked what I wanted. Sub par service

I wanted to try the chicken chalupa with no raw onion but it is the WORST taco I have had in my LIFE. No joke, or being extra. I will post a pic if I can. I really enjoy Taco Bell as my fast choice and I when was pregnant with twins I always craved the quesadillas with that jalapeño sauce.

My boyfriend got us food and we tried the new cheesy street chalupas ..He ordered thru the app and normally don’t have major issues but this time my food was left out of the bag. He went back up there for me and when he did the “Girl” in the front was extremely rude and made it seem like we were lying about getting the 2 street chalupas that were for me. Eventually gave up arguing with him and just gave it to him aggressively.
You should really have managers present at all times ! If that was a manager they should be let go.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. The food is the same as all the other Taco Bell’s and that is not the complaint. The issue is the employees and the bad attitude that the employees have. They are too busy on phone and talking to each other. They simply stare at you when you try to place an order. They don’t greet you, or say “Thank You.” In fact, I asked for hot sauce at the drive through and she rolled her eyes. Terrible attitudes.
Taco Casa is right down the street and they are much friendlier. Try not to “bother “ the Taco Bell employees by ordering food. Go to Taco Casa or a different Taco Bell. This one is a disgrace.

The cashier is lost, the cook can’t read and the girl running around like she is in charge does not realize she is in charge. Check your order…if you get your order it might be sitting on the door dash rack.

The lady in charge of the drive thru was rude. I asked how much it was again and she said VERY loud and with an attitude. I get that it was Saturday morning but if she doesn’t want to go to work then don’t. I was having a nice morning taking my kids to breakfast.

Walked over there from the mechanic in search of sone cold water and AC. I needed a minute to transfer money over before i could purchase anything, and I immediately got kicked out of the store. Try to explain myself and she wasn’t having it. Don’t come here if you want to be treated like a human being.
