This location is inside of an IHOP, first of all if I would have known that I wouldn’t have spent $30 on two orders of fries. $16 for the “loaded” cheesesteak fries are on the bottom. The cook “was confused” and made a cheesesteak sandwich so when I asked for the fries I ordered, this is what the server came out with. The top is the $14 buffalo tender “loaded” fries. Definitely not worth $30.

My order arrived incomplete and the phone number for Pardon My Cheese Steak was not in service. I understand that mistakes happen, but there needs to be a way to communicate with the vendor to get a resolution. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Had food delivered. Two sandwiches and a side of chicken strips and I think loaded fries. The fries were for my husband. Our total with delivery and tip was $75!?..
Never will we tip before knowing if it will be good service and good food again.
I honestly would have taken a pic of my chicken strips but I didn’t want my husband to feel bad about what he ordered me. I had 3 tiny strips that looked and tasted way over fried. They were horrible. The fries that came with were cold and chewy.
Honestly a single chicken strip from Safeway would have been more meat than the 3 I got AND would have tasted better.
My husband said his sandwiches were fine but no one SHOULD have put my food in a container and said ‘yeah that looks like good food’. I couldn’t eat it.
No need to make it up to me. This was our first experience and it’ll be the last.
