At least 6 employees were working and i was the only customer in the building and it still took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and get my order. an employee younger than me called me “buddy”. fries were cold. the burger was delicious though.

Im so sorry it took me a bit to put up here but my husband & I had went here Thursday evening. Ordered my food. Got home and took about 2-3 bites out of my cheeseburger and I looked down and saw my burger pink. I used to work here and while back. I was a little disappointed that this happened. I never, hardly ever, leave a 1 star or bad review. But I’m just giving all of yall a heads up.

I went in the middle of the night on my way home. There was no line, one car in front of me already sitting at the window. All I ordered was fries. Why I sat for 10 mins, I do not know. I’ve never been to this fast food joint before, and I probably won’t come back if that’s what they’re all like. ♀️ Fries were hot but tasted old. Edit: the link they provided for me to voice a complaint led to a bot that asked for my personal information and the “exact” date of my visit. Dude.

It has been years since I ate a burger from Hardee’s. I went today, and it was the best I have had in a long time. Don’t understand why Hardee’s in general is not busier if they lunch is pretty good. Amanda took my order and was very helpful telling me what all was on it. Faith, I think may be the store manager, she is ALWAYS happy and cheerful, she made my burger. It was great, and I will be back.

Hardee’s Central SC, not at a busy time. 1 customer in store when I walked in. No one at the counter, but drive-through waiter came out about a minute later to fill an order. Looked back and said “we’ll be right with you.” While he is standing, waiting for food to come to the window, another worker comes from the back and takes another drive through order. Meanwhile, first worker takes food outside and comes back to fill another order. Second attendant went to window and ignored me completely. I left after waiting 7 minutes. Will not return!

Great place for a breakfast biscuit, and I rarely get into this particular one so when the girl at the counter immediately asked what we were in town for, shows me they make it a point to know their local customers. Great service!

I arrived, my order was taken within about 3 minutes of me sitting at the speaker in the drive thru. I personally visit Hardees every morning. i love the gravy biscuit combo. by far the best thing the Hardees franchise ever added to their menu. however despite that incredible menu item being the best there is. i could almost swear every southern grandmother can whip up a pan of biscuits and and big ol’ bowl of white sausage gravy every Saturday morning but pardon me but a 28 year old crystal smoker is not going to be able to give the best service they can. my gravy was not thoroughly cooked with powder chunks and looked to be ground up sausage in it. it tasted like pure salt and cornstarch. the staff that work at this location are just pitiful. i really wish i could depend on this location to provide me with the best service… unfortunately I will have to adjust my commute towards liberty to get the Hardees gravy biscuit everyone knows and loves. I would love to visit this location another time and see it thriving with delicious food a southern restaurant could be proud of.
