Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Consistently for years. Horrible customer service. Typing this as I wait at window for a mobile order for over 10 minutes and was told my drink was done and to drive up. No other cars in line even. They then proceeded to hand me someone else’s drink. All the staff inside didn’t even come to window to say it would be a minute when I drove up. I only come here when I’m desperate, and I will certainly just be skipping this location for good after yet another horrible experience lmao. I literally NEVER complain and am an easy customer, but this place is so bad I felt compelled to share so others don’t waste their time and money.

I often go to this Starbucks because it is on my way to class. But I always find that there is something wrong with either my order or the way me or my girlfriend’s drinks are made. Today though, was very disappointing. My girlfriend has been saving up her points over the last year or so to be able to get free merch. But today, without asking, a barista redeemed her points for our drinks, bringing her points nearly back down to 0. We’re not mad but it is frustrating to have to start at the very beginning again simply because a barista didn’t make sure it was okay to use the points.

They had no caramel syrup but didn’t say anything and replaced it with… I don’t know… Cinnamon powder? So now the only thing I can afford to get for myself this week is totally incorrect and gross. Thanks!
Edit: I did not have time to wait for a new drink to be made when I already waited nearly 20 minutes in drive through line. And because I ordered a typical drink with NO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS I mistakenly assumed the employees could read, and didn’t check it as I had to rush back to work to not lose my job for the long drive through wait.

I don’t know what the deal is at this location. I placed an online order and when I checked out it said 15 mins. I got to the store and I have been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins!
And when I said I was here for my order, the staff said they had JUST received my order and that I would probably still have to wait for my order at the window for a while.
I would leave the line, but I already paid for my drink.
And it’s not the first time they are super slow!
If you’re in a rush- go to scooters!!

I placed an order for a drink to be picked up through the drive thru. After being asked to pull ahead, I waited for almost ten minutes to get my two drinks. This was while at least seven or eight different cars went past me. They never brought out my drinks, so I had to physically go inside this store, reach over the counter and grab my drinks. It was extremely unprofessional and really annoying that my drinks were just sitting there while the whipped cream was melting because nobody wanted to bring out the drinks! Don’t ask people to pull ahead let them stay there until they’re drinks are made!!!!!

I placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive-thru. There was not a long wait the service was fast and efficient, however, the protein box I got was soggy. The cucumbers had ice between them. The wrap was wet enough that my thumb went through it when I picked it up. I did not go back to ask the manager to make it right because I had a two and a half hour commute home and was already on my way. The pictures don’t accurately represent how bad it was. I wasn’t able to get pictures right away because I was driving. By the time I did take pictures, the wraps had absorbed some of the water..Shame on me for not checking it when they gave it to me. Shame on them for serving poor quality product.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I come here a couple times a week and the baristas are always very friendly and helpful. They do a great job at keeping an eye on the store and making sure it’s a safe and comfortable environment. My orders are made quickly and correctly. The bathrooms are always clean and well-stocked. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of this store and it’s staff!

At this particular store the employees have always been very friendly (5 star rating). As for speed of service it’s horrible at this location (1 star rating). I know they have a ton of traffic on a hourly rate so I can only imagine how exhausted the employees are. There are serving their customers as quickly as they can make the drinks. I’ve waited over 20+ minutes to place my order on a few separate times. I now try to order ahead and run inside to grab my drinks. It’s much faster that way.

So Starbucks is one of a kind, right? Well, for the past year, I’ve been going to the same Starbucks at the same time Monday through Friday every day. I Always try and use the app for convenience on my behalf as well as on theirs. However, they leave the app every time I try to purchase it tells me there’s been an error and it resets itself and I have to go back in and try to re-order. This has been happening for about a month now, I’ve mentioned it to the workers no big deal and eventually goes through. However, this morning it was brought to my attention that I would have to walk into the store to get my drink, or wait out front, mind you this is not a difficult drink. It’s not something you need 15 different spices Etc. What would be the difference if I went through the drive-through and just order it rather than on the app? I go through their daily again. I took 10 bucks a week at the beginning of the week for the rest of the week. But today with only one car ahead of me, I was told I would have to come into the building to get my drink or I would have to wait out front And she wasn’t sure on how long that would be. Brother, ridiculous. I would say not to mention when I finally did get my drink, it was made a very incorrectly and I believe this was done on purpose. I strongly suggest you do not use this Starbucks ever making coffee is not rocket science, it’s one cup of coffee and there’s about 10 girls sitting back there doing absolutely nothing then walking around each other trying to look busy. You have one car at a time 10 of those girls cannot handle one car at a time none of them just order a job for the rest of their lights
