This is the worst place that I have ever been too They messed up ny order with the juilius drink that was sour and had a tainted bad taste. I asked for a replacement or refund and he refused to satisfy what I asked him. I thought the customer was always right especially, when they were

No Happy at all. Waited forever, just to be given 3/4 of our order. Cups so over filled and leaking when they came to the car. Asked for lids and she acted like I was crazy for asking. Blizzards were 1/2 plain and 1/2 flavored. Didn’t know they came like that, usually they are flavored tip to bottom. Cups were so over filled that the lids wouldn’t even stay on. Asked for extra strawberry and didnt get that either. Just do better.

Unfortunately, EVERY TIME I go here with my family, I have to have my blizzard remade. I ask for a snickers blizzard with chopped nuts and caramel and every time they forget the caramel. Usually if I tell them, they’ll remake it but today the kid just said oh it’s supposed to look like that as if I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like. There was just no point in arguing so I left and will not be returning.

The employees here are great! They have always been polite and friendly. They have a large selection of delicious ice creams severed from milkshakes and cones to sundaes. I especially like their pecan mudslides and blizzards. They have just about everything you could want in ice cream.
