The service was terrible. The cashier and sandwich makers were combatant and rude. They called the police on me for telling them what a great job. I thought they were doing sarcastically of course. The manager lied and said she wasn’t in, even exacerbated to the point of saying that she was having lunch with my husband as a joke. That place is a dope. I wouldn’t go there if it was the last place on the planet. Their health scores are false and their cleanliness is disgusting.

The customer service is always way above par! The staff is amazing and always very meticulous in their care for the customer and the accuracy of their order. I’m usually ordering for a group so it can be quite difficult and annoying. But the staff is always accomodating to my numerous requests and difficulties that come with three orders coming from one person.

I am very dissatisfied by the atmosphere here. I came in and ordered a sandwich. Only to get lied to by the work on how long it was going to take. Then I got my sandwich and went to eat. Only to have the workers friends there using disgusting language and flirting. It was a awful experience.

My wife and I stopped in and ordered a couple of combo meals to dine-in, we noticed immediately that there was a clear lack of communication amongst the staff. The was a debate going on with 2-3 employees about who and what they should or shouldn’t be doing, while customers were waiting for their orders. There was clearly a lack of respect, towards each other, no focus on customer service and the staff were speaking loudly about personal things not work related. All of this was happening out loud in the presence of customers. I asked for wheat bread and received white, both of our sandwiches were very poorly made. The meat was lacking and was unevenly proportioned on both. My wife and I left the restaurant very disappointed with the food and the service.

Great place to stop while touring the country with the 9/11 Firefighter Memorial Motorcycle. Their support of local first responders is a great attribute of Firehouse Subs. The Firehouse App is very convenient when ordering on the road with restaurant locations and pick-up times. We chose the Engineer sandwich and was not disappointed. Food and service is great. My only complaint if that the tuna is almost the same cost of the turkey provolone…maybe a few cents lower. But it is not included in the specials.

Food was EXTREMELY mid, and I’ve been enjoying firehouse for almost 10 years. The staff when I walked in was very rude and was showing all kinds of attitude for no reason. This is the second time I’ve dealt with this, and they have both been at the whittlsey location. Get it together.
