Hit drive thru on way home from work. Ordered Beach bum … drove home… no turkey on my sub! Called to ask for a new sub, but manager wasn’t available to take call. 10.27 for bread, cheese and veggies is outrageous! Do better Freeland Jimmy John’s! I guess our business will goto Jersey Mikes or Subway. Disappointed, JJs use to be my favorite but this isn’t first time they screwed up my order at the FREELAND MI store.

Ordered a Big John Sub. Wanted the little John size TOASTED. Staffed refused to toast it! So he hands me the COLD sub and the sticker says..”TASTIER TOASTED ” ya no kidding. Was told they can only toast an “original ” give me a brake JJ. $5 for this thing. Won’t be back. Subway will toast everything. Quit nickel and dimeing your customers. Love JJ and this is just a suggestion I hope the owner sees.. I feel as though training from other JJs would be very helpful. This has to be one of the slowest jimmy John’s in the country. Not freaky fast, not even fast… Upon partner coming home they did mess up his order… changed review

Food was decent, but expensive and not worth the cost. The ONE employee there sounded “done with it”. I ordered online and my food was ready for me, but… This is a brand-new store, recently rebuilt/refurbished, why does the restaurant look like it’s abandoned? There are “For Lease” signs everywhere, no lights on, no “open” sign, big red “NO PARKING” signs, not even any clue at the drive-thru window that you’re actually IN business. I drove by this for the last two years wondering when you’d finally open. The brand new building even has exterior and siding damage; makes the place look like you went out of business before your grand opening.

The food was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever eat jimmy John’s again not only was my food gross my father won’t stop complaining about how gross his sandwich is and what a waste of money no way these sandwiches should be 10 dollars, each sandwich we got is 3 dollar quality.

Ordered two sandwiches for delivery neither were correct, BBQ Ranch crunch has no barbecue ranch and no tortilla strips??? They had to deliver the correct sandwiches 45 mins later…

Last place to go if you want your subs so fast you’ll flip! We ordered (1 sub 3 orders) and it took us 45 minutes to get our order and we even had to go up and ask for that. This place can’t even handle the simplest of requests. All I asked was for my sub to be cut in half. This is the last Jimmy John’s I would ever go to. Rather go hungry than order from Jimmy John’s again.

My not so great review- JJ has always had hard bread, every one we have been to. I always have mine warmed up so I can eat it without it tearing my mouth apart from the hardness, but the Freeland one said “we serve cold subs, we don’t have a way to warm anything, we will get warmers once we make more profit.” YIKES! No microwave even. So- of course bread was too hard and both of us tossed it out. Bummer!!!!
