Lovely pizza joint. Good vibes. The server helped me navigate the specials, saved me a bunch of cash and everyone working was perfectly sweet. It felt great to have positive interactions with total strangers. We’re all trying to make our way in these very troubling times; it feels extra important to value everyone who is doing the work and managing to keep their humanity alive and healthy.

PS my review is honest. The pizza was perfect in this moment but it isn’t a Michelin star pie. And, that is ok! They aren’t trying to be that. Have fun and make your world better. Even if it’s just a nudge

Fed a work crew of around 20 guys. Super good pizza with delicious crust. I was able to call in the order before they even opened. It was ready for me when I got there only 20 min after they opened. Crew was pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend!

We were in town visiting our daughter and this is her favorite pizza place! I have to recommend highly their sourdough crust. Spectacular! Also top tier are the teriyaki chicken wings which will most likely be my go-to when we visit again. The atmosphere, great service and amazing food are definitely worth checking out!

I’m not a big pizza fan in general, however this place is my exception! Delicious and fresh tasting, I also love the sourdough crust. They do gluten free too, however I do wish there was more flexibility with portion/sizing of the gluten free option. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend.

My first time here, I came with my family! I highly recommend this place- because the flavor is amazing, in each bite you take you can feel all the fresh ingredients! One of the pizzas I ordered was the gluten free crust witch was incredible, crispy, healthy and tasty! Also there’s a lot of chef-driven options.
Thank you Gapco for such a wonderful job!

As I stepped across the threshold, a wave of nostalgia swept over me. The ambiance echoed with the melodies of bygone eras, and vintage memorabilia adorned the walls like pages from history’s diary. The menu, a map of flavors, beckoned with promises of gastronomic exploration.

Ah, the sourdough crust, a marvel that could’ve been sculpted by the hands of time itself! Like the forging of a nation, it emerged from the fiery embrace of the oven—a testament to craftsmanship and tradition. Its aroma was a symphony of yeasty fragrance, hinting at the depth of flavor to come.

The staff, like modern storytellers, shared tales of the pizza’s inception. Their voices resonated with pride, as they recounted the tale of the “Sourdough Revolution,” when a dedicated few embarked on a journey to perfect the sourdough art. Their dedication was palpable, and their service a testament to American hospitality.

As I left the Great American Pizza Company, I carried with me a story to pass down—a story of a place where heritage and innovation danced, where the sourdough crust stood as a symbol of excellence. This establishment, a treasure trove of flavors and history, had etched its name in the annals of time, leaving an indelible mark on the palates and hearts of all who ventured within.

Average price food for Ashland. Great healthy salads. Pizza was okay. Cheesy bread and the knots were missing something that made them seem pretty bland to us. The booths are squeaky so Everytime someone moves it makes its own music and that got us laughing. Kind servers and it was nice and clean inside. Happy eating 🙂

Amazing pizza! We stop here whenever on vacation and driving through southern Oregon. The dough is phenominal, sauce abundant, and toppings super fresh! I could eat this everyday if I lived in Ashland.
