So I ordered online. I got the three pack. The cheese pizza tasted like the cheese was old. The crust tasted fine but the cheese tasted and smells funny. The chocolate chip cookie tasted old. It had a funny taste as well. The bell peppers was burned on the other pizza. When I picked it up employee y_ios name on receipt was very rude. She was very short and rolled her eyes at me. She had headphones in her ear, chewing gum loudly and had long fake finger nails.

So I just got back from my second trip to this Pizza Hut location on 43rd Ave. in Glendale. My experience was horrible to say the least when I first got there the service was OK. Staff was very nice picked up. My order went home once I got home, I opened up my food noticed in my order. They handed me someone else’s wings instead of mine. I originally ordered traditional eight piece medium buffalo wings. Once I got home they handed me an eight piece of boneless garlic Parmesan wings, and on the receipt stuck to the order of the wings. It clearly showed someone else’s name named Dustin instead of mine, which is a small mistake not a big deal called over to the store. They gave me the option to either go Switch it back because the order was too small for them to do a delivery for free or have a credit I told them I would just drive back to the store which is a 15 minute drive and pick it up myself once I got there they did tell me prior on the phone call the wings should be ready within 10 minutes. Took me about 16 minutes to get there. They were not ready still had to wait 10 minutes once they handed me the wings I got to my car open them just to check notice they did give me a six piece, traditional buffalo wings, but my order was for eight which two wings not that big of a deal but it is when I just had to drive home 15 minutes and then back another 15 minutes in order for them to correct an issue that was on their end so I walked back and told the guy at the counter that I just opened them their six piece in there instead of eight piece, which is what my order stated with an attitude he told me that that’s not what you ordered. You ordered it six piece so it seems like the initial order actually was yours and you got that Wrong Which really rubbed me the wrong way because he obviously has access to my receipt so he should’ve seen the initial first order that I got was not mine at all that initial first order has someone else’s name so how is he going to tell me that this entire problem with my fault I was not gonna go back-and-forth with him over two weeks so I just let it go and said OK and walked out as I did not wanna cause a huge scene over two wings below. I have attached a picture of the email with my order as you could clearly see the type of wings I ordered.

This locations is very inconsistent. I ordered a Big New Yorker. This is NOT a Big New Yorker. One large burnt section and the rest of the pizza is VERY over done. I regret wasting my redemption points on this order. Use the 35th and Thunderbird location. They do 30% better.

I was supposedly credited a free pizza due to them messing up TWO pizzas last time.
Called to order. They wanted me to pay $7 for my free pizza! What the hell!?

What a ripoff. What a terrible company.

I thought I would give them another chance… Big mistake on my part.
Both pizzas apparently “fell” off the seat. It’s like “assemble your own” as everything was everywhere. And yet again, the white sauce pizza was completely undercooked. The crust was, well, I’m heating up my oven to actually cook the pizza now. Look at the crust on the white sauce pizza… It’s easy to see as the toppings have slid off.
If you like raw dough on a thin crust pizza, or if you want a Papa Murphy’s bake at home pie, you can get it from this location. The dough was so undercooked, it just tasted like raw flour.
Reached out to corporate… They said I would hear from the store within 3 business days… It’s been 3 days. I guess it’s not important to them.

Well, now I can see why this place has a bad rating! I am never doing business with Pizza Hut again !!!!! My whole life, I’ve always loved Pizza Hut but I put in an Uber eats order last night right around 1am because it wouldn’t let me order directly from the Pizza Hut website or app , So the only way I could get it delivered was going through the Uber eats app. So I ordered the 3 item box that comes with the personal pizza , 4 wings , and you can get fries or 4 wings, So when I was putting in the order, I chose 4 boneless wings instead of the fries. When the order got here, I had only received 4 out of 8 boneless wings ! I even paid for an extra ranch for the wings that I never even got!! So of course, I reached out to Uber Eats and couldn’t get no answer And I didn’t even get anywhere. I tried to get a hold of somebody through the Uber eats app. I tried to call multiple times could not reach an actual person or anybody through the app.
So I tried calling the Pizza Hut store directly the one on 8860 N 43rd Ave. and pushed number 3 , no luck , so I tried to call two more times I pressed the number three. It was just endless ringing! So I tried calling again and I pushed number one instead of three and all I got was an answering service, a call center! they tried to transfer me to the store directly and nobody would answer. Just endless ringing, I wasn’t getting anywhere! So I tried to call today and the same thing happened! I tried to call. I’ve tried to reach out to the store directly. All I got was a stupid call center. I literally can’t believe I’m having to go through all of this, and wasting my personal time, simply trying to get what I paid for! No customer should have to go through this! If I would’ve known this was gonna happen I wouldn’t have even wasted my time or money , i would have rather starved to death than to go through all this and not get anywhere! I mean, you literally charged me and I paid. I did my part as a customer but yet I’m going through all this, wasting my personal time and still haven’t gotten a hold of anybody! This is ridiculous. I don’t know how you stay in business! It sucks so bad because I’ve always loved Pizza Hut. I’m 35 years old and i have never had any issues, but after this, I will no longer be wasting my time or money! All the phone calls I’ve made everything I’ve gone through to simply get the 4 wings that I paid for so I basically wasted money! You will never get my business again! Too many competitors out there to be doing this!
Hopefully this raises awareness to people reading this review! This place does not deserve your business, especially when you can’t even get a hold of anybody to find a solution because they simply can’t pay attention to what they’re doing and provide the entire order that you paid for! My husband and I decided to take the night off from cooking(WISH WE HADN’T). We ordered the “Triple Treat Box”, it was NOTHING as advertised and did not taste good. My pinky finger is bigger than the Cinnabon’s advertisement Pizza Hut shows you. I know there not the regular sized Cinnabons, yet the Pizza Hut advertising is absolutely FALSE!!! The pizza had hardly any sauce or cheese. It was a COMPLETE WASTE of my $31.00 but a great lesson to NEVER GO BACK!!!!!! The employees at this Pizza Hut were the ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS MEAL! My dog Makoa enjoyed the pizza super UPSET I spent $31.00 dollars when we should have just eaten LEFTOVERS!!!
