My husband and I would like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Nealy and Price who worked so hard for the customers eating there and picking up orders on Valentines Day 2026!!!!!!!!!! It was so busy and they were hustling to get the orders out to the tables and pick up orders and kept their composure with the customers!!!! Everyone was very patient because they saw how hard both of them were working!! My husband and myself are retired, have been in the workforce for many years and would love to have had hard workers like them!!!!!!!! They are young and we were impressed with both their work ethic!!!!!!!! In this day and age their are people that just want a paycheck and don’t want to work for it and don’t take pride in their work. NEALY AND PRICE TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK! YOU CAN TELL!!!! Grouchos is lucky to have them. They are an asset to your business!! By the way it was our first time eating there and the food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean!! We will definitely be back and tell our friends about Groucho’s. Hard ti find good workers today. Hold on to them!!!! We live in Little River but come to Conway quite a bit. We will definitely be back!!!

This was our first experience with Groucho’s. The food was very good. I personally do not care for pasta salad but even their pasta salad was awesome. My kids enjoyed their food, my wife enjoyed her sandwich (she’s pregnant and they went the extra mile to make sure her sandwich was cooked thoroughly and heated above the norm because we called in and asked), and my sandwich was excellent too. The sides were probably the best thing we had (pasta salad and the slaw), but that’s only because they were outstanding. All of the sandwiches were well prepared and delicious also.
We did a take out order and it was ready just as soon as we arrived, right on time.
Will definitely be returning in the future. Can’t wait to try more!

Usually my husband picks up orders here when he is DoorDashing. He said they are always packed and staff always very nice and helpful. We have never eaten there. I wanted a good salad, he suggested Groucho’s. I checked out their menu, got my wife’s salad with no ham and extra turkey. OMG, the very best salad I have ever had!! Told my husband, when I am in the mood for a salad no other salad but this one. Fresh vegetables, so much turkey and so much bacon. Ranch dressing was so good. Salad was so big, I ate 1/2 for lunch and the other 1/2 for dinner. It was the best, you must try it on your next visit. So good, I might have to get me another one tomorrow. ❤️❤️❤️

*Edit* The owner reached out and refunded. Very quick response but I do wish they would learn how to work with gluten free bread.
I drove 45 mins to get a reuben because they have gluten free bread. I selected “hot” and when I picked my sandwich up, it was untoasted and cold. When I asked why it was cold she said “we don’t toast because of contamination” but they could offer to grill or heck, microwave bc its dry and awful.

Nice little place in conway, sc. Great food, fast service. Our server was so sweet. Ordered blt club and corned beef and Swiss. Came with chips and pickle. Check this place out, perfect for someone on a lunch crunch.

Let me start by saying that I truly enjoy Groucho’s and have had consistently great experiences in the past. It’s one of my favorite spots, and I always look forward to dining there. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing and did not reflect the level of service or quality I’ve come to expect.
My boyfriend and I visited on a Friday evening around 5–6 PM. We understand it was a busy night in Conway with Halloween events happening, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed and lacked an efficient system to handle the crowd. There was only one waitress covering the entire dining room and one young man handling drinks — both of whom were clearly overwhelmed. I genuinely felt bad for the waitress, as she was doing her best under a lot of pressure.
We only saw our waitress twice during the entire visit, and it took 50 minutes for our food to arrive. The table in front of us had been waiting even longer, which made it even more frustrating to see that another table — seated and served after us — received their food in less than 15 minutes. When I went to the counter to ask about the status of our order and the table next to us, I was told, “That’s about the time food is going out for online orders too.” That response felt dismissive and inappropriate given the circumstances.
When our food finally arrived nearly an hour later, both of our sandwiches were disappointing and not up to the usual Groucho’s standard. After waiting that long, it was incredibly frustrating to not even enjoy the meal.
Again, we truly love Groucho’s, and this experience doesn’t reflect our typical visits. However, this situation was unacceptable. It’s clear that the restaurant needs a better system in place — more staff to handle dine-in orders, a proper host to seat guests, and better coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as we’d love to continue supporting this restaurant, but changes need to be made to avoid similar issues in the future.

Yesterday I ate there with my wife. I gave them a 4 because while I ordered the caprese sandwich. I changed the bread to a Kaiser roll. I should have had it made like a club with bacon. Even though sandwich was very good just didn’t quite make a 5. Next time I go there I will order this. If it zings I will change it to a 5. I will be back.

Purchased 3 of the “My Wife Salads” as a pick up order last night. Whenever I got home and my kids and I were about to eat, as I was taking the boxes from bag, I noticed that the boxes were filthy. It looked like a lot of dried up mustard, something red and I don’t know what the other stuff was all over the top and bottom of the boxes but it surround wasn’t anything that was inside the boxes. It was too much to overlook. I called the store and asked for management and was told management was not there, I explained to the young lady who answered the phone what happened and she asked me what did I want her to do. I just told her that I would bring them back for a refund. I returned to the store, she called a guy from the back, whom she could have called to the phone, he looked at the boxes and said “yes these are dirty”, he asked me what did I want to do , get more food or what and I told him that I would just take a refund. He told me that the young lady up front would take care of me. She continued to take care of other ppl as they came through the door and I’m just patiently standing to the counter for about 15 additional minutes then she walk by me and asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I was waiting on my refund and she stated, ” I already did it”. So I said, “Well you never said anything, why did you thing I was still standing here”? Then I asked if she had any type of print out or receipt showing that a refund was coming to my card and she said “no”. Moral of the story, your first impression is your only impression and my all around experience will this place was awful. The guy that came from the back did try to make things a little better but that young lady up front didn’t have a care in the world.
