Stopped in tonight for dinner, place was almost empty yet took almost an hour to get 2 burgers, fish, and what was suppose to be a chicken cheesesteak.. food comes out 1 burger was normal sized the other burger was so small it didnt even cover the bun. My fish tasted like the oil was barely warm when the cooked it because of how greasy it was. Out of 3 pieces of fish 2 of them looked like they crumbled them up then put in the basket. The chicken cheesesteak looked to be a regular cheesesteak but tasted like old grease..

I ordered 2 cheese steak suɓs and 1 Italian. Those cheese steaks requested few fried onions and mayo with provolone cheese the cheese was so thin you couldn’t see nor taste it. Mayo the same way. There were no onions on either one. Neither steak had no taste really bland would have taken back but I was home when I discovered it. I was not please with the steak subs. The Italian was really good everything I asked for was on it! I was pleased with the Italian. My fries which was large were not as much as I would want them, plus looked old. One of the waitress came to me I showed her the fries. She went and cooked me fresh fries they were perfect!!

Kitchen staff on the fryer and grill is an absolute joke. One kid running crazy while the other kids hang out. Every time we go to this place they find a new way to disappoint. The pizza is pretty good at least and quick

Food was great. The wife called in the order and it did seem like it took a few minutes longer than anticipated when picking it up but to give the benefit of the doubt, it was a Saturday night and it looked like a packed house. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality of the food since I haven’t had PK for about 15 years.
