This is the Chinese side of Sarku Japan. The Japanese side is actually decent. I asked for beef and broccoli and I only got vegetables. This is my second time here. Rice and noodles are very dry. During lunch time, it’s the only one with no line. So that should give you an idea.

First, service was not bad. I have no qualms with the nice lady who served me.

I could have made better food using a microwave and packaged rice. The chicken was oily and soaked in it.
The fried rice was the only mild flavor thing they had… but it was just rice with peas and carrots, nothing about it was fried. Flavoring it with just soy sauce, was the only redeeming quality it had.

Okay i ordered spring rolls twice here on separate occasions and ended up getting one thats still cold in the middle part. I mentioned it the next time i went back and was told they can always replace it. it was cooked by the way just pre-frozen i think. The reason why i find myself constantly going back to Ming Tree in Fort Lewis main exchange branch is because of the staff. I have never met such friendly and kind staffs. The asian female i am not sure but i think she is the manager or supervisor there, but she is the nicest and friendly. The other employee’s are just as nice. So i dont care if i ended up getting cold spring rolls in the middle part, if the people make you feel welcomed and extend their kindness to you, i think thats the kind of customer service i will always remember. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. Oh and food is good.
