I pointed to the item I wanted and the server tried giving me a smaller one instead. The order taker could not give accurate prices on the products. You work there and should be able to tell a customer the correct price if asked or have the prices clearly labeled, it’s really not that complicated.
The food is nothing special and execution of it is spotty.
The atmosphere is dreary with zombie people in effect.

We stopped through here on our way to Boston. Originally looking for coffee, we saw Sal’s from the parking lot. Pizza sounded good so we walked in for a few slice. This place did not disappoint. The pizza was outstanding! Perfect crisp, excellent flavor. The sausage and ricotta was superb!

Pizza by the slice! Good selection and even had half calzones. Prices start at $4.99 a slice and go up from there depending on toppings. The slices are actually two slices or a quarter of a 16 inch pizza. Crust was a litte dry on the pizzas we got but still excellent. Very friendly and patient staff.

My go-to pizza in Concord. The sauce is fairly sweet for pizza sauce, so if you like bold, oregano-heavy sauce it might not be your thing but the crust, cheese, and toppings are also excellent. Mushrooms are fresh, sausage is sliced instead of crumbled. Cannolis and cookies are both solid.

I had 2 slices of pizza. The size of each is massive, so I could only eat 1. It was a good value for the amount of food, but unfortunately the pizza was subpar — sauce and crust had little taste and it was soggy. Probably a good place if you just need to fill up, but not if you want to enjoy the pizza.

Sal’s Pizza was the best pizza joint that I had when I went to Concord. It has a variety of options by the slice, but you can also order wings or whole pizzas if that is what you want. The serving sizes are a little on the large side, but that’s exactly what you want when you get a slice of pizza.
Definitely the pizza place to go in downtown Concord.

Stopped in at Sal’s for a slice with some of my family and tried a wide range of slices. First of all the service and focus on customer service is a 10/10 these guys get it and deliver a fast friendly service while still taking the time to explain anything we had questions on. We tried a cheese, chicken garlic white, sweet chili chicken bacon, bbq Hawaiian, a veggie with ricotta and a classic pepperoni. Everything was piping hot and delicious. My wife immediately said this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in concord.
That sweet chili chicken bacon has a really good spice level and left me wanting more. All the slices were great. If you’re looking for a NY style slice or enormous whole pie Sal’s is the place. You can tell they are using quality ingredients and they really care about the food and customers.

This was great pizza and one of the few places you could just grab a slice. The slice was act 2 slices. It was really good pizza , could have been a little warmer but the taste was great. They have quite a few to choose from as well. I got one with basil, feta and tomatoes and it did not disappoint.

I had such a great experience at Sal’s Pizza during the Friday evening dinner rush! Despite how busy it was, Cullen and his crew were incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful. Their teamwork really stood out — you could tell they work like a well-oiled machine, keeping everything moving smoothly while still making customers feel welcome and taken care of.
The atmosphere was lively and fun, like a true community spot where everyone’s happy to be there. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about both their food and their customers. Highly recommend Sal’s for a casual night out or whenever you’re craving a great slice with even better service!

I got two pizzas meat lovers and ham and mushroom, it was lack luster flavor crust was good but the sauce wasn’t seasoned and toppings were bland I shouldn’t have to dress up a meat lovers with bbq sauce. For 58$ it’s really disappointing I’ll have to try other options too bad
