Roots was clean and quite empty on Sunday dinner. The servers were professional but not welcoming. The food was cold and the rice was not cooked well and dry. The chicken tasted not bad but again cold. It is more like a salad bar than a restaurant. The food smelled bad the next day event when it was put immediately in the fridge after we left the restaurant. My husband suffered discomfort and unpleasant situation the next morning from the food. I don’t think we’ll go back there again

I was super excited to stroll upon Roots. The restaurant is very clean. The food is not organic but I decided to give them a try. The worker was very kind and helpful. I loved my food but wish the hot food was hot. My beans and sweet potatoes were really cold. Hopefully they will get this corrected before my next visit.

Food was good but nothing to set it apart from other restaurants serving that type of food. Staff was efficient but not friendly or overly helpful since it was clearly out first time there. The portions were huge. Spent $15 on a bowl I could only eat half of. Not the type of food that makes good leftovers so all that food was wasted. Won’t be back.

We made it out to the Grand Opening last weekend! Great vibes and gorgeous interior – excited to have a Roots now in Dublin. The employee named Chris in the dining area was a friendly face and greeted every single guest on their way inside.

When we arrived for the soft opening, the restaurant was fresh and bright. We were greeted with smiling faces. They were very helpful explaining the menu and everything is customizable.
I chose El Jefe and switched out the kale for spinach. The bowl has great flavor and the chicken is amazing!

The bowls are incredibly tasty, and HUGE! I eat half for dinner and save the other half for lunch the next day. The leftovers heat up so well, it’s almost better than when it’s fresh – which is AMAZING for the price.

Ordered the Mayweather salad. Delicious! Subtly sweet with beets, sweet potatoes & goat cheese. The chicken was cooked to perfection! Really enjoyable, refreshing lunch for less than $9!! I bought a latte for $9 today, like holy cow. This is a steal!
