Wally’s American Gastropub has easily become one of my favorite spots within the Collins group of restaurants. Every visit here reminds me why I keep coming back, the quality and atmosphere are just consistently excellent.
The Service: A huge shout-out to our server, Josh! He was fantastic, super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Great service really makes a difference, and Josh nailed it.
The Food: We ordered a few of our favorites and everything was spot on:
Buffalo Wings (Grilled): These are a total game-changer. Getting them grilled adds such a great smoky depth to the flavor. Highly recommend!
Charred Brussels Sprouts: These were perfectly prepared with just the right amount of char and seasoning. They are a must-order every time.
Crispy Chicken Sandwich: This was delicious, the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside.
Overall, Wally’s delivers a true 5-star experience with high-quality comfort food and a great neighborhood vibe. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Food was fantastic. A hair higher price than average Joe things, but well worth it. We’ll return next visit to Phoenix for sure. For our baseball comrades, you definitely want to bring the squad here if you are visiting to play baseball. Bring the ladies as well.

Saw this restaurant on our way to our resort and figured we should try it. I’m so glad we did because we had a pleasant experience from start to end. Sunday lunch and it wasn’t that busy, we were greeted by the bartender and we got a booth pretty quickly. Service was great, our server came to check on us a couple of times and other restaurant employees as well! Food was DELICIOUS, we started with some grilled buffalo wings and their seasoning was amazing, flavor was all there and dipping sauce was a great complement to the wings. The chicken tenders were moist and fresh but the most surprising part of the meal was their Cole slaw, I’m picky with Cole slaw and it was delicious! The meatball sub was so good, everything tasted freshly made. The fries are thin and have great flavor as well. Bathrooms were clean. There is lots of public parking which is very convenient. We will be back in December!

Recently had their chicken strips which are easily the most tasty chicken strips ever! Better than Popeyes or Chick Fil A.
The Norwegian salmon is excellent. The fish is fresh, and the caper sauce is a perfect compliment.
I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail. The remolaud and cocktail sauces are delicious.
The wedge salad appetizer is top notch with lots of bacon and house made blue cheese dressing.
Chicken parmasean was good, but it was served on top of the pasta, which made it hard to eat and made it somewhat soggy. Most places serve chicken parm with the pasta in the side.

Great little spot for a drink and a bite! Quiet and quaint restaurant with excellent service! Food is delicious, we got the BLT wedge salad the shrimp cocktail and Parmesan spinach. All of it was great, the cocktail sauce and tartar sauce are made in house and are so good!

My husband and I went to dinner here last night, our 1st visit to this restaurant. We had shrimp cocktail, meatloaf, baby back ribs, and shared a piece of butterscotch pecan pie. Everything was delicious. Service was good! The only negative we noticed was it was pretty loud in the restaurant. We will definitely be going back!

As always, Wally’s was 5 star from service to food to ambiance! We love Arizona Restaurant Week at Wally’s because they almost always have the halibut with a lemon caper sauce and spinach on the menu. This is not a regular entree unfortunately. All three of us, started with jumbo shrimp cocktail, then the halibut and for dessert one brownie a la mode and two sticky toffee puddings. Bryer was our server. He was attentive & friendly. We frequent Wally’s outside of restaurant week but the halibut is excellent so it is always a must in October & May when we have Arizona Restaurant week in the Valley!

We attended during the later afternoon and it was not very busy which was nice. Felt like a private dining experience.
Our waiter was awesome. Made she we were comfortable and had everything we needed amd asked for. Went over the specials and peaked our interest.
The one special was parmesan crusted rainbow trout with sautéed spinach and it was all mouthwatering good.

Some of the best american food I’ve had. The salads are always fresh and delicious. I’ve had the burger, the chicken sandwich, and the french dip, and all are excellent. Service is always great. Probably my favorite restaurant I’ve tried in the valley.

Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the chicken piccata with fresh noodles. Unfortunately the night we went there was major plumbing issues. I had to awkwardly use a restroom down the shopping center. The plumbing issues made the restaurant smell terrible. Luckily the patio was open.
