Ordered a 4 piece tenders combo. 2 of the 4 tenders were barely bigger than nuggets. Overcooked and room temperature at best. Fries were fresh but not even half full. Over $12 for this service is unacceptable! Skeptical of coming back to this location.

Dissapointed by the quality and appearance but not by the taste. I ordered the Bacon Pub Burger and you can see how I received it compared to how it is advertised. It was pretty sloppy with sauce dripping from the sides. If I were to have waited to eat it it would’ve been pretty soggy. No matter what this is what I ordered and it is what it is. I have never tried this Burger so thought why not. The “ITS BACK” on the sign peaked my curiosity.
I was very pleased with the taste. Really good to be honest. I will order one again. The service was good and everything else that came with the meal was fine.
I understand no matter where you order from the food is never going to come out looking like the billboard picture but sometimes you expect it to be similar, especially when it is advertised as a premium burger.
Hopefully next time it is put together a little better.

I’m just adding to my previous review… despite my claims that I would not go back, I did. 8/5/25. My son amd i went to Walmart and then stopped by Wendy’s for a late supper. We waited for a solid 10 minutes after they had us pull forward. We got home and again, the food was wrong. It wasn’t fresh AT ALL. And the burgers were undercooked.
At least the staff was much friendlier. And we called and we were told they would make it right if we come back.
I keep saying I’m not going back. I never have a good experience. 2/6/22 I went and the girl that took my order was short with me. The girl that handed me my order handed me my drink and before I could put it in my drink holder she cleared her throat and said “here” with an impatient tone and was shoving my food in my window. And the food wasn’t right OR fresh. I usually leave reviews only with good experiences, but I never leave this location in anything but a bad mood.

Rude staff, did not get my order correct. (Was an online order so wasn’t just a they didn’t hear me) when asked to fix the sauce atleast that they got wrong, worker goes “ugh yeah” proceeds to shove his hand in the bag (whilst it’s still in my hands) to take out the wrong sauce and literally throw a correct bbq sauce in.

The manager clearly has a major attitude problem. If you dislike your job as much as you appear to, perhaps it’s time to consider a different line of work-ideally, one that doesn’t involve customer service. Life is already tough enough; there’s no need to make it worse by being rude to others.

A month later, they still can’t fulfill my order after I told them only half of it was there the first time.
No chips or salsa for the taco salad, Only two nuggets out of the four thats supposed to be in the bag, and, no straws for the drinks.
The first time, they forgot the salad and chicken sandwich.
This place really needs to get their act together. It’s completely unacceptable for the lack of service for the price you pay.

I cannot tell you how happy i am with the service i just received from Wendy’s. Ive been eating here on and off since i was a child, and the past few years its been nothing short of disappointing. Food was almost always incorrect, wait times were abhorrent, and the workers were nothing short of disrespectful. But today i stopped in, the lady at the drive through was extremely helpful and friendly, my food was correct (and absolutely delicious), and i was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if management has changed or what happened but hats off to the whole team at Wendy’s, i am beyond impressed.
