Place was clean. Staff seemed aloof. I was with my elderly mother. No one offered to take our order so we fumbled through the kiosk. I tend to prefer a human taking my order and my elderly mother definitely could have used the help. My mother wanted to pay cash, so after the kiosk, we got a cashier. Perhaps the only two words from the cashier… “need cashier?” I already stated the staff was aloof.
Food: the only thing to really celebrate was the milkshake. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was a joke. The bun looked fake, the small, thin burger hiding in the bun was slightly thicker than the American cheese. The mess of ketchup on the top bun hid the small one piece of bacon that was broken in to two. I actually didn’t see the bacon at first and went to the counter to let them know I ordered one with. They showed me where the bacon was hiding.
Compared to all the good years before, over the last five years going to any Jack in the Box, has been met with less and less satisfaction. Ordering similar items each time. However, they do have the best milkshake on earth. That always gives me hope for the company as a whole.

Lessey, the lady who works mornings in their drive thru window, is consistently the nicest and most warm person i think ive ever encountered in a drive thru. I live in fed way. I hit the drive thru a lot. it doesnt matter if its 5 am like i just did. If i were one of their competitors id be trying to steal her away. They are very lucky to have her.
Its jack in the box. You should know what to expect. I give my 5 star reviews because of their customer service in the the drive thru.

I always get their 2 taco deal.
They are somewhat of a gut bomb, but ‘the bomb’ none the less. I really love those cheap delectables. I’m pretty easy to please if the price is right and these ARE! My tastes take pretty wild swings.

Ordered the new gremlins munchie meal today. They forgot the chicken tenders. Rest of the food seems like it’s been sitting for a while. This was not worth 12.99. Really disappointing

This place has changed. Today, I asked my wife to go there for the Double Jack, and she also has a coupon. It’s really hard to order through the Drive-Thru. When speaking through the intercom the order taker did not understand and she was unpleasant. She told my wife that she didn’t understand her and told her to go up to the window. She said it in a rude way, and when my wife got to the window she gave my wife a dirty look. Plus, rambled about the order.
The way it sounds to me, this person lacks customer service skills and needs some training. I’m not sure if Jack In The Box provides proper training for its employees. I hope they do, or send this lady somewhere else – not the drive-thru window. You’re losing customers. The kind of service my wife received today is worse than in a third-world country.
We like Jack In The Box but told my wife to go eat at another burger joint in the meantime.
Malissi was the one who worked at the window today.

So when the order taker reiterates through the intercom at the drive-thru we listen and also check what we got as well just to make sure. Other than that it’s a nice restaurant, with good people working hard to serve all of us.
It takes about 10 minutes to get good through the drive-thru that’s because they are cooking the burgers fresh. You can taste the freshness in the quality.

Came through the drive through on 9/30 8:30am ordered 2 jumbo jacks with cheese and 2 breakfast jacks one with ham the other with sausage. The lady at the window didn’t speak English very well and I couldn’t understand her when she told me my order. She just closed the window while I was talking. When she came back she handed me my order and said ok and closed the window. My order was incorrect. I received 2 breakfast jacks with ham and 2 jumbo jacks.
