I typically have no complaints about this location, this passed Saturday changed my opinions and probably won’t go back. I ordered 4 spicy potato, 4 cheesey bean and rice and 2 cheesy roll upset. I had been out all day and was ready for a little food. I open my bag and was shorted all 4 bean/rice. I called and Chad was amazing and told me to come back and they would fix it. So I went back Sunday. I’ve eaten 2 of the 4, and apparently the beans were forgotten

This Taco Bell has thee best workers Ive ever encountered. Right by Wendy’s, DQ & Arby’s & they can’t compare. The Taco Bell in Duquesne is a complete disaster. Their staff is rude, unprepared, unprofessional & miserable. Every time I go to Taco Bell in White Oak, staff his so pleasant, and simply wonderful. Sweet kids. Thank you TB White Oak, you’re a blessing. I appreciate you guys at TB White Oak so much. God bless you all.

Very friendly atmosphere into the new year and well before. Very marginal improvement from when I first got from this establishment when I first entered the white oak area 7+ years ago. Staff are willing to go above and beyond, just don’t go there expecting to record a TikTok where you get a bunch of free food

Nate’s dine or dodge here and here is my take on this taco bell location. the food is very good. we got 3 big boxes and payed 35. the service was fast and effective. the only downside we had a slight issue hearing the worker. other than that the wait was short and the food was out quick so

Let me preface this by saying I love wings. I was very excited to try the taco bell wings as I didn’t get the chance to the first go around. I have to say even though my expectations for a fast food wing were low, these were really bad. Small, dry, burnt and overcooked. I would definitely stick with the regular menu stuff.

Only good taco bell location in the area. The one in forest hills needs to clean their drink lines because their drinks taste like chemicals and mildew. This location is always speedy and correct with their orders. The app tends to make things go faster.

They are filling the tacos more now, very good. Ok, now about the potatoes. The picture shows just a few that were in one container. They are cooked way too long and have all these tiny pieces. It’s like chewing on gravel, having to be spit out. It’s not right that my daughter has to buy 3 orders of potatoes to get just 1 order the way it should be. Containers are way too small for the price, too. I mean, c’mon, they’re POTATOES!

Food was terrible. I ordered the grilled steak burrito and they gave me a standard beef burrito instead with a hard shell taco. The taco and burrito basically had no meat and had way too much refried beans. I don’t even like refried beans. The taste was not good and the food was not fresh. I would recommend avoiding this location.
