Currently writing this review as I wait in the drive thru (20 min so far). I ordered ahead on the app and it’s still taking forever. The person behind me just left. I used to come here sometimes back in 2020-2021 when I worked close and it always took forever, I see nothing has changed.

This place had nice workers but the food seems to be pre-made and they just heat it up. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was made 3 to 4 hours before. Not sure I trust getting fresh fried chicken or anything else. There were only a homeless or carless looking man and myself there. All the food is hidden in the back and pre made not made on the spot it seems. I like the KFC places where you can see the ch oh chicken and smell fried chicken. KFC has gone down below the Churches level and like the White Castle of fried chicken joints and Popeyes seems to be the new legit fast food fried chicken place nowadays.

I placed my order for 2 pot pies on the mobile app at 6:01pm. Arrived at the KFC at 6:33pm. He said it was 8 more minutes on pot pies to come out of oven. 6:43pm rolls around I go back through the drive thru he proceeds to tell me he now only has 1 pot pie and I have to wait 15 more minutes because he didn’t know other people ordered pot pies. He said only 8 pot pies can be cooked on a tray. That really has nothing to do with my order because what’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait 30-45 mins. It is now 7:15pm and I still have not received my order. I truly can’t stand this KFC on Pendleton pike near Shadeland Ave but it’s convenient for me. They are always out of something or never have enough of something. The employees are unprofessional and their customer service skills are terrible. I will not be returning to this KFC.

The drive-thru person was rude. The food is terrible. The macaroni and cheese is cold. The biscuit is hard as a rock. The Chicken Sandwich. I couldn’t chomp through the chicken. The fries had no potato filling that’s how old they were. I guess the Pepsi was okay. Do not go here. I will not be coming back.

Absolute trash KFC it is currently 1023 on 12-26-2025 and I seen them let a door dash driver in then lock the door I really wanted to surprise my mother with KFC as she hasn’t had it in years and saw a commercial about their potato wedges, sign say they open at 10 I was here at 10 and nothing just a locked door except for a few non workers they let in, I like KFC but will never come back to this location that for sure

I was pulled up in the drive thru with no receipt to sit and wait on my food for 10 mins….when I finally received my food, it was not hot at all…..my 20 nuggets were not fully cooked or very old….my fries were definitely old and cold…I also did not receive my biscuit with my combo…..the mashed potatoe bites were disgusting…
