I had the cilantro lime quinoa salad and it was delicious! There was a good ratio of ingredients that fit together nicely.

What a delightful and delicious surprise this place was! I was passing through Espanola and really wanted a healthy lunch. Blue Zone was it! I got a bowlful of organic vegetables and quinoa with a perfect balance of flavors. The owner/chef was super friendly. I ate outside on their little porch. Stopped off my meal with a special house made chocolate drink made with a kiss of green chili. I’m thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be stopping there again next time I’m in town!

Stopped by for lunch on my way through town and was wowed by the tasty fresh food! Owner and staff are really nice and friendly. Vegan food but would be tasty for anyone. Recommend the loaded bowl and cilantro lime bowl.
