I love their fresh food. It’s always tasty and made quickly. The remodel looks good – love the booths and small tables rather than the long tables. My only gripe is the temperature. It’s always freezing! It’s usually warmer outside, even in fall. I don’t eat inside unless I remember my coat.

This was my first time to a Modern Market Eatery, and I am thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is definitely a five out of five with their new remodel. The services is excellent. The gentleman taking our order gave great detail of each dish and what to expect. Our food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The curry salmon is definitely a fan favorite as it is packed with powerful flavor.

Got the Salmon Lox bowl, which was tasty, could have used a dash more of the seasoning and the sauce so I could dab my greens into it. I adored the marshmallow crispy treat as always. The ice machine wasn’t working. The lemonade was good though.The interior of the restaurant was appealing. Restaurant was hard to see from where I came, thank goodness for gps.

Came here for lunch with my wife and absolutely loved the food! We both ordered the basil chicken sandwich and they were phenomenal. The flavor was great and it was a pretty good sized sandwich. My wife also ordered a cup of their tomatoes soup and said that was always very tasty. It’s also great to know they’re about sustainable sourcing and you can tell everything was made fresh to order. Not too many places care about fresh ingredients so we also appreciated that! We’ll be back!

We came into the restaurant and ordered the food. There were almost no people (see photos) and the food was not as good as it used to be. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to eating here because we don’t have this in Grand Junction. I got the Caesar Salad with Salmon (again ;-)). He got the Basil Chicken sandwich that you can see in the photo with chips. It was good, but it feels expensive.
When I’m in the Denver area – I like to eat here because it’s much healthier than other options. I got a Caesar Salad with Salmon twice (lunch and then dinner) in the same day. Why mess with perfection? I like how I feel good after I eat clean food…

I got the chicken pesto aioli sandwich and it was delicious! Came with a side of fresh chips too. Pretty filling and tasted so good.
The staff was very friendly. It wasn’t too busy there so the worker checking us out chatted with us for a little while. Store was very clean too
