OPHELIA SUMMERS REPORTING: When I tell you I’ve never been happier to come back to a Starbucks a day in my life, these people NEVER fail me. There’s this one girl behind that counter and the next time I go I need to get her name only thing I remember is she use to have purple hair, she makes me the best drinks and best services HANDS DOWN and she’s always cracking a joke with me and making me laugh you can just tell the atmosphere there is genuinely and they do well at making their customers feel good. Will definitely continue coming back because this is the first Starbucks that didn’t mess up my order!

Order was made hot when I wanted it iced , my boyfriend instead of waiting through the giant drive-through line decided to go inside. He was the only one inside and it took double as long as it would’ve been in the drive-through line.. Then they placed the coffee which was made wrong on the table without saying his name so he had no idea my coffee was ready… not great happens a lot

I bring my austic son here for breakfast every weekend. We are there very early. The entire team couldn’t be friendlier and they are all super. There is one team member who stands out – Amie (sp?) she is so super great to my son. She needs to be recognized for going way above and beyond. Nice job! ❤️

Awful service, lady literally rolled her eyes because I wanted a sandwhich, I paid $6 for a refresher and they gave me an ice water? And my friends drink was stolen and her name was never called and when we complained they were very hostile and said it’s not their problem. She was doing register on 1/16 at 12:00PM

Genuinely not kind employees, I just went to this location and upon ordering the girl is dying laughing at me after hearing my order. I get to the window she sees it’s me and cannot stop laughing. I mean it’s 8am I’m still in my comfy clothes but there’s no reason to make someone feel like crap because I don’t have make up on yet. She made an excuse when I gave her a strange look after she laughed at me “they say crazy stuff through here” talking about her headset but it’s unprofessional to make people think your laughing at them regardless and now I don’t feel comfortable returning.

not the employees fault whatsoever- but 3 workers on a Sunday trying to manage the drive thru, online orders and in store customers. It’s impossible and it’s cruel. Whoever is in charge of this location should be ashamed. If you can provide a half way decent store that can make orders in an appropriate time frame, don’t open your doors. It’s really that simple.

I wanted to take a moment and say how grateful I am for your staff. After an unpleasant visit to the Salem NH location where they could not accommodate an allergy. It was refreshing to come here and get an allergy safe drink. The gentlemen who helped me at the drive up was really nice and made me laugh. I’ve come here before and have been treated the same from other employees.
