I like this Taco Bell near Wilson Rd on Beltway. Service was okay. I usually order from the app. One time, they ran out of a special burrito but the app kept saying I can’t order but not telling me why. I ended up getting a refund at the counter.

Never thought I would experience the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to in this area. Not only did I have to wait around 30 minutes for 2 items, they still got my order incorrect. Not only that, it was thrown together sloppily. Do yourself a favor and just go to the better food options in the area.

Ok, this my first Taco Bell here in Houston. I just got off work and thought I haven’t had Taco Bell in quite some time.
One word: Satisfying!
I downloaded the app for a 5 layer freebie and ordered an extra cheesy double beef.
They were hot, tasty, put on the sauce. Done!
Maybe my expectations weren’t too high, but Hot! Thanks. I’ll need to visit here again, soon.
The server was nice and the food came really fast. Granted Google said they’re not too busy, but that’s fine. Hot and fresh is what I got.
I’ll keep you posted for later visits. It seems some aren’t so happy with their orders…

Always playing games in the drive-thru, presumably to fudge their numbers. Pull forward, back up a few feet, and now ‘pull out front and wait for a signal to pull through again to collect the order’? Really?
I’m pretty loyal to Taco Bell, but the consistent shenanigans and slow service are not pairing well with the pricing and reduced quality.

Went through the drive thru when I got up to the window I wanted to add something to my order. The guy told me I had to drive back through the drive up. He seemed as if he didn’t want to be bothered.

They have an AI taking orders for the drive though that can not understand a simple order. Pulled forward to let the window know it kept repeating the same question. Window told me they can not take my order I have to go back around and try again. Waste of time.

Only gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was delicious. Whatever cashier is under “Stanislaus S” needs a serious talking to about customer service and how to keep customers wanting to come back. He was rude, sarcastic and arrogant. I would never recommend coming to this place if hes working the night shifts.

9/5 at 8:30 PM — ordered through the drive-thru. After I paid, they asked me to park in the lot and said they would bring the food out when it was ready. They do this to give the false impression that they’re serving customers quickly. I hate when fast-food places do this.

Clean, new, taco bell with friendly service. Stopped in to grab a $1.08 (tax included) Frito burrito for a snack and I was asked if I would like it grilled… First time I’ve been asked that, doubt I have them any other way after this visit. Great value.
