I ate at this restaurant the first night I arrived in Las Vegas with my cousin and I was also staying in the hotel this restaurant is in. We got seated quickly because they were not busy. I decided to go with the Baja tacos and my cousin got the smash burger.
Our food came out quick and we both enjoyed our food. I thought the Baja tacos was delicious. You don’t get a lot of side, it was mostly just a few chips. My cousin enjoyed his smash burger with the fries that it came with. Our waitress was attentive to us and provided excellent service.
When my coworkers arrived, they wanted to come here for a late snack so I came back to join them. We got seated at the bar and they ordered some food. Since I already ate there I just sat with them so we can chat. The bartender was attentive to us and they enjoyed their food.

Service- Prompt, however a bit rushed at first. At the end however, it became difficult to find wait staff to close the tab to make it on time to a show.
Food-Excellent and fresh.
Highly recommend the poke nachos and Baja tacos. The wedge salad and Nashville hot chicken sandwich were also good choices.
All pricing was moderate and overall reasonable in contrast to most on strip options.
Would come back if visiting The Orleans again.

I just went in with my wife for a quick snack. We were seated and given a water right away by the bus lady and was told our server would be right with us. It wasn’t busy when we arrived and it still took 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. We ordered two appetizers and a order of garlic fries and waited 30 minutes without our food or anybody coming to let us know when our food would be out so we walked out. Horrible service except for the bus lady, she was great. Would not recommend.

Fish and chips. Waffle fries were not hot, the coating on the fish was crisp and golden brown however the fish itself was mushy soggy. Not quality ingredients. The server did bring some warmer fries, not hot just warmer than what was already on my plate.

First time eating here. Food was really good. Service was great. Ordered Nashville chicken sandwich and beignet for dessert. They forgot to put in an order for something we ordered but made up for it. They were apologetic and plate was served shortly after. Will definitely visit again.

We ordered Ny steak and shrimp( green beans were delicous), pepperoni pizza, smash burger, Angus burger, fish and chips, cuban sandwich and pretzel. Temps on the burger and the steak were perfect. Fish and chips should be hit with salt when it gets out the fryer, it was a little bland but overall good. The Pretzel was great, hot and fresh. Our server Lei Lei was very attentive, nice and made great recommendations on the menu.

Great food!! I HIGHLY recommend getting the sweet chili shrimp! This was one of our favourite appetizers! The service was great as well, and I have a cool little robot that can deliver your food! Because we are staying at the Orleans hotel. We also got a coupon for a free dessert – the beerimasu, it was very good as well. All the food was presented. Very nice as you can see in the pictures.

Bailiwick at The Orleans was a great surprise! The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the waffle fries were perfectly crispy. What really amazed me was the robot server that brought my food straight from the kitchen to my table — such a fun and futuristic touch! The lounge atmosphere is relaxed but lively, with good music and a great beer selection. A unique dining experience in Las Vegas, highly recommended!

I was so excited because they had Beef Wellington as their especial on Christmas Day.
What a disappointment. The
steak was overcooked. So dry
no taste. I have had it where I have had the choice of how the steak it’s cooked. The waiter said that the steaks were medium.
I said ok. I like my steaks medium rare. The only thing good was the crust. I paid $68.00 for a lousy meal.
I’m a long time Boyd Gaming supporter since the Stardust.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. The manager answered multiple questions , was honest and very accommodating. Sumi the bar tender and Susana bartender were friendly and welcoming. Food was served fast and tasted great! They make you feel appreciated, treating locals like family. Highly recommend .
