Absolutely horrendous Culver’s location.
We ordered two small malts and waited over 45 minutes this evening. The person taking our order through the speaker was extremely rude and admitted he had no idea what was going on. He later brought the wrong food to our window and appeared extremely high.
The price, product quality, and staff were all terrible. I will not be going back. I’ve never been more disappointed in this brand.

Cashier said nothing when we were walked in, kept looking at us, and so I asked if she were ready to take the order. She eventually did talk but was not overly friendly, which is not the norm. My hamburger was overdone with a burnt taste, and my small fries were barely filled up. Out of the last seven times we dined on a Sunday, the burnt hamburger has happened twice.

I gave the food and service 5 stars, but the atmosphere should of got a 0. The horrible stench coming off the floor is insane. Worse then my teenage kids room. Culver’s need to close doors and have a deep cleaning done. Don’t even want to be hear at the moment from the smell as soon as you walk in.

This review is based on the Cod Fish Sandwich. Why did the fish sandwich fall off so much the last 10 years? There used to be restaurants that only sold Fish sandwiches. I love a good fish sandwich and Culver’s has just that. This is a nice crispy battered piece of white flaky cod fish. Not dry or overcooked in any way. The bun has a slight sweetness to it. The cheese, lettuce and tartar sauce are just barely noticeable. That doesn’t change the fact this is a wonderful drive threw fish sandwich. I highly recommend. To be honest, I’ve had about everything on the menu at this location and all items are excellent. Pretty fast service also.

The last 2 times I went there they messed up my order, then today I went and ordered ONE single cheese burger with everything but onion, paid $8 for it, and when I got home to eat it was plain. I wish they would do better

I have been going to Culvers for years throughout various states due to my contract jobs. Always loved Culvers. But this one in Vincennes is horrible! I purchased through DoorDash and this is what I received for 20.00$!! I called the manager about this and she said it was door dashes fault. Unacceptable!!

Every time I’ve come here it’s been really good. They have a lot of options, and even the ones that don’t seem super interesting tend to be pretty damn tasty.
Customer service is usually top notch for a standard fast food joint. The place is also usually clean.
