Haven’t been to an Arby’s in a while. This store appears to be fairly new. The choices were good and the food I ordered was as expected from Arby’s. Friendly staff and clean eating area and bathrooms were also in order .

First time coming to arbys and wish one was in my home town! This site was amazing showed up laye and the customer service from manager connie was amazing she made our night and the crew all made us laugh it was a very good time. This is possibly the cleanest Arby’s we’ve visited and my food was very good, but unfortunately my Wife’s chicken sandwich was served cold. Also the soft drink dispenser wasn’t working and receiving our orders took well over 15 minutes, we believe was due to this Arby’s being short-staffed!

I pulled up the the restaurant at 9:48 PM they obviously saw me because I saw the man sweeping or mopping the floors whatever the hell he was doing then they turned off the light acting like they where closed “they obviously weren’t” I pulled up to the speaker to try to speak to them but they ignored me. They lost out of so much money tonight There a Fair in town called schoharie county Sunshine Fair without counting my family just imagine how much business you lost out on. Highly disrespectful to ignore someone and act like you closed I hope this isn’t a corporate store because they going to be pissed

I tried to order at 9:48 PM which should’ve been fine since the place closes at 10:00 I even saw an employee cleaning but they shut the lights off and ignored me at the speaker There was a fair going on nearby so they lost a lot of business Not cool to close early without notice. My favorite spot for a quick sangwich Cobleskill side. The staff here is amazing even when customers are rude and they are inundated. Today was this case and their service remained excellent even as a rude customer gave em some trouble over some cheddar cheese. One love.
