Ordered a large chicken paradise club and a meat lovers pizza and an order of wings. Said it would be an hour and they were a little over an hour on a Tuesday evening was a pickup order. Very disappointed cheese was hard and overcooked no sauce and hardly any topping was my worst Ramona’s experience ever Think we’re done for a while.

FIVE STARS ✨ what a beautiful spot. A friend and myself had a wonderful girls day together and we decided to end our day with dinner! What a place to go and I’ll definitely go back. We had wings for “wing Wednesday “ they were amazing. Cooked to perfection, and overall the best wings I’ve had, then we had pizza for main, absolutely amazing! Also cooked to perfection! The best pizza and the best wings I’ve had in a very long time ! The service was also OUTSTANDING. Server was fast, friendly, and knew lots about the menu.
She was always coming to check to see if we needed anything or how are food was. I just am very very pleased with the service we received tonight and the food we were served ! Hats off to you all! ♥️

From out of province visiting a friend and decided to stop in and order a pizza on the way, ordered a large spicy Italian…Putting bologna sized pepperoni and sausage under the cheese would be considered a pizza homicide where im from! What a soggy mess lol basically had to tare off the first 2/3 of the slice and toss it lol brutal! Decent sauce and good chewy crust but you should probably tell them how to make the pizza before you order because you all are doing your own thing over there! Diabolical

Indeed. Indeed. Indeed. What fun place for some za. And other delights. Fun little social hall style shop. Offers local craft beers as well as mega corporation suds.
The pizza IMO has a great crust to sauce to cheese and toppings relationship.
Our host/server Sarah was pure gold. Entertainment on point. Friendly. In other words she gets it.
My colleague and I highly recommend.

It’s really too bad that the service has dropped off as badly as it has. The food is always phenomenal, but the experience is consistently ruined by the staff.
I’ve also run into an issue where buying pizza online is nearly $20 cheaper than buying over the phone. I was also informed that a pizza doesn’t come with mozzarella as a standard topping and that it costs extra to add it if you want it.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be supporting this local business anymore.

Ordered pizza and was told 15 minutes , waited 30 then had to wait for almost another hour for pickup. Host was telling customers to go somewhere else because they had no staff. Avoid the headache not worth the price or wait. Also large pizza was the size of a medium in the box. Terrible value for extremely high price

Last November 30th ! We celebrated secret Santa in this restaurant! I only have words of thanks !!! Excellent service ! The waitresses were amazing! Congratulations to the manager for the excellent management in such a special event for us. Thank you for treating us as exclusive customers and offering us your best service !!!! The most important thing in a restaurant is the service and the food and you did a great job! We had a great meal! We opened gifts! The children played, danced and had fun! Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars on service I would. The not so kind lady who took my order. Refused to call me when my order to go was ready. And then when I came back in to pick up my food. Glared at me and walk by 3 times while I stood at the counter after waiting 35+ minutes for 2 mediocre pizzas. 10/10 would never go here again.

Special ordered a pizza, didn’t want Alfredo sauce which it came with and sub’d it for pizza sauce as I have a mild allergy to most cream based sauces, basically I get super itchy and blotchy. I was assured it didn’t have it at check out. I didn’t check as I took the servers word on it, I know better. Got home fed the dog, took a bite as i was hungry and spit it out immediately. Ramona’s was apologetic and is refunding the money via e-transfer. I’ll update when I receive that.
Pizza is in the garbage and I’m off to get some Benadryl in case I break out. Garlic fingers look tasty though, sadly those were not for me.
Edit: ended up getting the refund eventually after I stopped back into the store . They refunded me the money, and apologized. For the screw up.

Very much Italian taste, never been to Italy but that chef made us travel to Italy by the kick he made, the best pizza ever, the dough the crust and the generous toppings made us fly to Italy and come back. Definitely you gotta give it a try. Finger licking to die for
