Asked for light seasoning on the corn and this is what they deemed light. I’ve been here several times and have placed some large orders for parties and such and something is wrong. It’s either the food, something missing or rude servers. The only reason I wanted wingstop tonight was for the corn, and this is what I was given. I really tried to ride the wave with this business since they were “newer” but I’m done. Will not be returning.

After going in and mistakenly grabbing an order after not being helped I was then ridiculed about grabbing the bag when someone should have helped me and handed it to me. Honestly the kids was extremely unprofessional even went as far as to come out from behind the counter and confront me with an attitude as if I was supposed to know when every other place the DoorDash order is set out for you to grab…crazy… where did the professionalism go..

If I could give this Wing Stop 10 negative stars I would. This is my sec time coming to this location to order first time I waited so long for my order customer service was horrible workers attitudes are so nasty, decided to try again a year later thinking that was just a moment in time… well I went there Jan 1st 2026 I was at the registered waiting to order for 10 mins with no “I’ll be with you in a moment nothing” and no they wasn’t busy just 3 customers in store the workers that were working Jan 1st around 9:30pm worst customer service they already looked like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t give a damn about the customers.. attitudes just horrible. I walked out went to the location on Hall Road was assisted and greeted just a totally different environment! I would NEVER go to this location again and I will be contacting corporate as well.

“Diamnond” was by far and away the rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered. No eye contact, wouldn’t smile, acted like I was an inconvenience. The tables were dirty and sticky. And when I asked to speak to the manager, it was “Diamond”!! She muttered under her breath about me, and when I said “excuse me?” she said “You heard me” (which I did not). Absolutely unbelievable. I will never be returning to this Wingstop, and will be advising all my friends to do the same.

Bought some wings but the garlic parmesan didn’t have enough seasoning so it tasted bland, and they only put the drums part and no flats. And the korean spicy, they only put 2 flats and the rest drums. We also bought boneless wings. The mexican street and hawaiian had food flavor.

The current staff does a fantastic job don’t get delivery pick it up in person …. If you order thru door dash it’s fine … if you order thru the website a door dash driver will bring your stuff and while most are fantastic some are shall we say less than optimal… that said Allie is fantastic
