I’ve never had Nigerian food before, but when I say it’s close to soul food that I grew up eating (my grandma is from Louisiana) I’m not lying. I’m loving the flavors and hearty-ness of these dishes. My fave dishes were… EVERYTHING! The crawfish and shrimp queso was the best queso I’ve ever had in my entire life. The collard greens and baked mac & cheese were just like my mama made it. Also do you SEE that whole crab claw I pulled out of the gumbo??

We came at 1pm on a Friday and the atmosphere is just lovely. We knew this place when it was misal’s and they’ve really made it completely over! Our server was Chloe and she was very sweet and helpful with ALL our questions !Sam came out and answered MORE of our questions, and then Katherine one of the owners came and answered MORE questions so we got the red carpet treatment and I can’t say enough about how PRECIOUS they are here! She even gave me some tips on how to prepare red stew. We had the red stew with goat and the okra stew with chicken and the flavors were incredible. I’ve never had fufu ever (pounded yams) and it was fun trying to eat it the traditional way but finally gave in and used a fork. The red stew was mild+ heat and the okra was a solid medium heat (it sort of added up) but the fufu was this neutral and yummy part and I loved the combo of the bland with the spicy. And it isn’t JUST spicy it has a multilayered absolutely delicious aromatic concoction that we loved.
Next we will try some catfish and some Cajun, but yall have to come to this place. Everything is fresh so order big and keep this place open. It is marvelous! Very nice friendly customers and one lady says she has followed them from OKC to food truck to norman.
It’s a rare gem this combo of staff, decor, and food. Well done ! We will be back !

We were able to experience today’s grand opening of the Norman location and all I can say is WOW!!! Everything was delicious. With four people, we shared the shrimp and crawfish dip and suya wings appetizers. Two of us ordered okra soup, one efo riro and one ayo-mashe. We also shared the Cajun dressing, collard greens, candied yams and honey butter cornbread. Everything was absolutely delicious and the servers were so attentive. It was also great for the owners to take time to stop by our table.
Oh, and LIVE MUSIC!!!
10/10 highly recommend!

Recently opened and destined to be THE go to spot for good eats! Bonus: They have karaoke on Friday nights! Great food (the collard greens are LEGIT). Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff.

I will say the minute you walk in the smiling faces, the music, most of all people of all cultures, gathering in one place is truly inexperience in itself. The beautiful wall art makes you feel you are not in Oklahoma.
I’ve gone several times, and each time. I absolutely love my food, I love trying new things. What I love most is that you can tell. The food is cooked fresh, it has not been sitting. You can taste the freshness.
The portions are very good. You can definitely take it to go plate. The wait staff, Very friendly. Also, very attentive. I really do not have anything negative to say. Norman is pretty far from my house, but I’m making it a point to get there whenever I can. Thank you for truly making it and experience.

I recently visited this restaurant with one of my coworkers, and I’m still thinking about the food days later! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and welcoming. The music, the décor, and the energy in the room made it feel like more than just dinner — it was truly an experience.
The food was absolutely outstanding. my coworker had the gumbo and the look on his face after each bite tell it all.
I had the shrimp etoufee and i must say this is the best etoufee I have ever had, it soo rich in flavor, beautifully seasoned, and clearly made with care. I also had the bouden balls and OMG! It had that perfect balance of spice and comfort, the taste is just unforgettable. You could taste the tradition in every bite.
What I loved most was how the flavors told a story — soulful, comforting, and powerful all at once. My coworker and I kept looking at each other after every bite like, “This is amazing!” Norman needs this!

Blended Love is an experience that I would recommend to everybody. The atmosphere is nice, the setting is very modern and comfortable. The food is out of this world. I had the efo riro with goat meat. My wife had the fried cat fish with a side of collard greens. It was all amazing! The explosion of flavors, the textures and the presentation was great. 10/10 recommend

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times since they opened and the food was amazing each time! The owners truly put their heart and soul into their restaurant and it’s a family environment. They created an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming and it’s absolutely beautiful inside. You feel like family when you walk through the door. It’s absolutely beautiful and the vibe is very laid back and chill. The staff is friendly and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend the Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee Omelet for brunch. It’s truly a Creole treasure and quite delicious. For dinner, I recommend the fried catfish. When I tell you that the fish is fried to perfection I mean it’s nice and crunchy on the outside and flaky and hot on the inside. It’s delicious! You can’t go wrong with either of the sides but the baked macaroni and cheese is top tier and so is the red beans and rice. My son is a very picky eater and he loves their red beans and rice. I plan on trying something different every time I go there. I’m so glad they chose to come to Norman. If you live in Norman or if you are a traveler just stopping through, GO GET YOU SOME!

Absolutely blown away! The food was hands down the best I’ve ever had—every bite was full of flavor and made with so much care. Not only was the food incredible, but the restaurant itself is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere made the whole experience even more special. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back and recommend this place to everyone I know!

“An Incredible experience” would be an understatement about our dinner here. We came in on Super Bowl Sunday and, regrettably, right at closing time but Maggie insisted and reassured us we were welcome. THANK YOU MAGGIE!!!!!!! So beyond words right now. The queso (which Maggie recommended) was so good I have NEVER enjoyed crawfish before but wow I can’t wait for more. We both ordered the Eugusi, one with chicken and the other with fish I can’t believe how unique and flavorful it was! It’s not so often you taste something you can’t really compare to something else. We were so lucky to have come during 1/2 time because people were dancing and having so much fun watching Bad Bunny’s performance, and Maggie gave us free cupcakes! It was so refreshing to experience such kindness, community and sharing of culture. I’ve need that! Can’t wait to come experience again
