Had a great experience at KR Steakbar. Their setting is simple and offers a lush, shaded patio, perfect for dining under a thick canopy of trees. The food and service truly elevate it. We enjoyed a perfectly charred, quality cut of ribeye. The wait staff offered impeccable service; our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. If you want simple, great steak with a stunning outdoor or indoor ambiance, look no further.

This review is for a carry out order. I ordered a filet, scallops, brussels and tiramisu to go. My order was over $115 with tip included for one person. My scallops were bad. When I got them home, they smelled really strong. I decided to taste them and they tasted like ammonia, indicating they were old so I threw them away. The steak and Brussels were good, which is why they get two stars. I got to the tiramisu and there was a long hair in my first bite. Horrible. Will not be eating here again. Questionable product and cleanliness.

We had a fantastic dinner at KR Steakbar that blended creative cocktails with beautifully prepared dishes. We started with the Apollonia Cocktail, a mix of vodka, pineapple amaro, lemon, and apple-infused black tea liquor. Light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced, it set the tone for the evening. I ordered the pappardelle bolognese, and it was outstanding. The pasta was fresh and tender, the sauce rich and layered, with just the right depth of flavor. My partner went with the steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and seasoned with just the right balance to let the natural flavor shine. The presentation elevated the dish without being overly fussy, and it paired wonderfully with the sides. This place delivered on every front: atmosphere, service, and food. The cocktails were inventive, the dishes masterfully prepared, and the evening felt special without being pretentious. It’s a spot that knows how to balance creativity with comfort. We will be back often.

Went here for a later dinner on a Friday. We were able to walk in and get a table. It was still pretty busy but we were able to get a nice table. Nice ambience . Dimmer lighting. Comfy seating.
Nice looking bar and great cocktails. I had a strawberry gin drink. It was excellent.
We shared the arugula salad, cacio e pepe pasta and a steak. Everything was excellent! The food was delicious. Service was great!! Finished with the mousse parfait which was great!!

Easy parking plus valet, always important. Gorgeous moody aesthetic inside, with a lively bar scene even on a Tuesday evening. Violet Beauregard cocktail was heavy on the blueberry infused mezcal, very unique flavor profile that works. The bread has a lightly salted crust and the evoo was light and delicately flavored. Melt in your mouth without a heavy, oily residue. The wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle was consumed before I could remember to take a photo. The roasted capers added just the right level of salt. My scallops were perfectly cooked on a bed of pesto with crisped prosciutto and more truffle essence and they were astounding. My partner enjoyed his pasta bolognese. The fingerling potatoes were good, not great, a little bland so I’ll try a different side next visit. Service was attentive and not overbearing, Daniel was a charming and helpful server.

We went to KR Steak for my and another family members birthday and everything was perfect! First, the cuts and flavor of the meats are second to none. We love the meats in this family- and had high expectations. We were not disappointed. The rib eye was the best I’ve ever had and the meat temps were on point. All the garnish came out hot. Service was just amazing as the food. Attentive, explained the menu well, and had great personality. Our water glasses and drinks were never empty. Loved the salad and the Burrata for apps and all the deserts were next level! Will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at KR SteakBar! From start to finish, everything was spot-on. Our server, Lacy R., was absolutely excellent, super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
We ordered the swordfish and spaghetti nero, both of which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The caesar salad was fresh and crisp, a great start to the meal. And I have to shout out the bread, it was amazing!!!
We also tried two drinks: the Manifest and the Pink Pony Punch (a fun Valentine’s Day special). Both were strong and well-balanced—definitely not watered down like you sometimes get elsewhere.
Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. If you have time, ask to see the speakeasy, highly recommend!

Chef picks menu was disappointing: they served us the cheapest à la carte food from each category with the exception of the spinalis. It actually cost us more to do the chef picks menu than just to order à la carte for the same items, which just seems wrong. Food itself was hit or miss – the pasta was soupy and under seasoned. The arancini were good. The steak was also good as advertised. Do not recommend the tiramisu – thick texture with a chalky flavor, really not good. honestly even Costco tiramisu is better.

Outstanding! I had the Spinalis 10oz. And OMgoodness perfect char and melted in my mouth! My wife had the filet and it was very tasty as well. Our server was fantastic as well. This came highly recommended from a friend who used to live here. It did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
