I’m reminded again why we stopped eating at Subway. It’s been a bit, my son wanted a Philly sub. There was maybe 1/8 a cup of meat, and very little toppings. It was all bread. $14.00 for nothing. It was a Pickup order. Ridiculous.

My daughter bought her and I sub sandwiches for Fathers Day. The Steak and Cheese was ordered on Italian Herb and Cheese and toasted. We picked it up, got it home and realized it was made wrong.No big deal mistakes happen. So she went back to have it remade.
Instead of remaking it how it was ordered she argued that she made it right. Told my daughter she would “throw it back in” to toast it . That has to be a health code violation!
Will definitely need to find a new Subway. Too many wrong orders and now this.

I am extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to report finding a toenail in my son’s sandwich This is completely unacceptable and represents a serious breach of hygiene standards. The thought of the risk to my son’s health is deeply concerning, and I expect a full investigation into how this could have happened. I demand a full refund and will be considering further action if appropriate steps are not taken to rectify this appalling situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing food from this establishment

This franchise is nothing but a scam! Got charged for “purchased BOGO subs” and the website kept telling me my transaction was declined. Knowing that was impossible, I attempted 2X more with the same issue. The franchise owner hasn’t had the stones to respond to a BBB complaint I filed! Bottom line this franchise is bogus and needs English speaking staff to speak to English speaking customers!

So considering Subway is an international chain, meaning it’s all over the world, this location may seriously be the worst Subway I’ve ever ordered from SERVICE WISE out of all Subways across the world… literally no one knows what they’re doing here and most of the time they don’t participate in online promotions… too bad it’s the closest location to my house…

Awful I did an online Order and it said it would be done at 8:25 pm we went in at 8:23 when it said it was completed for it to not be done the lady making are sandwiches told us to wait a sec she was just starting and was sitting there yelling at the other worker using foul language in front of customers and children. And on top of that we didn’t get are meal for another 10 minutes all to get a sandwich that was cold and my meatballs were hard and just not that taste you are looking for

I was charged over 6 dollars for a few tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl.. next time I will just go to kroger.. I wasn’t super hungry but needed something small and light but that is ridiculous a sandwich would have been cheaper

The worst service I’ve had at any subway I’ve been to. Stopped making my food to have a full on conversation with the employee. Not to mention there was a hair in my food. Rude as hell. I asked what was good because I don’t typically eat here and her response was, “I don’t know what you even like.” Anyone who has worked in food knows if you want to sell your product, you will say whatever comes to your head first and sell it without a doubt. But the amount of rudeness and how unprofessional the answer was, automatically made me have to bite my tongue.

Came in on 2/9/2018 at 7:20.. there were two teenage girls working, one name Lauren and a brunette. Probably the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced in this location ever. They were Extremely slow and acted like I was interrupting their personal conversation. I asked if their BOGO sale was still going, she looked at me like I was crazy. She suggested the $4.99 ft long subs, which was the only thing they did helpful. But, from there it was sigh after Sigh, the brunnette Slamming bread on the wrack, then slamming the oven door shut and piss poor Attitude from there! Neither were friendly and both failed in my book. Pretty sad that I have to commute to liberty township when I live right around the corner from this one .
