Genuinely awful service. The guy who works at the drive thru acts insulted if you ask him for condiments or no ice in your drink. The food is almost never hot, and warm at best, even if you eat in the restaurant.
The customer service is the worst. The older guy who works the drive thru thought it was a good idea to start yelling at me when I asked him for no ice in my drink. This is after he ignored me for 30 seconds as I was trying to get his attention by knocking on the window and trying to be loud enough to get his attention. I have been going here for a while and it has always been like this, but the most recent interaction has convinced me to no longer support this business. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere, because this place has bad food and bad service.

Forgot to give me all my sauces and charged me for it. Interesting AI computer ordering in drive thru, feels like those automated prompts on the phone. Had a sign for free mini cone for kids, but it was ” out” . The fries were nicely fried.

Really bad bad service, this people don’t know about customer service, it seems to me that they hate to work at this location because of the way they treat customers. I was trying to do survey on BK website but they are smart they don’t add the store number to the receipt I tried this number but it didn’t work BK store # 35051. Really Latino friends stay away from this restaurant. With the money you spend here you can eat really good at Oscar Taco or Luna de Xelaju. I hope I can help you to don’t have a bad time at this store.
