Shannon’s reminded me there are still places I can get a wonderfully filling breakfast for under $10. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 eggs with cranberry juice. In two more words: Deliciously Satisfying. Colin the owner was extremely personable and welcoming. My hope is to make this place a regular haunt. The menu is worth exploring and with some delectable deserts. I would describe Shannon as a no-frills dinner, nothing too fancy and no surprises with the food we ordered. Still found it comforting and a lovely staff that was very friendly.

I’m always nervous of mom & pop restaurants, but this place is great! You walk in and feel like you went back in time to a place where everyone is friendly and the food is good. It’s a counter order and delivery system which is efficient. By all means make sure you get the blueberry pie. Great place and on my list for regular dining now.

Came across this place by accident, and I’m impressed by the quality of the food! It was excellent. Ordered pot roast and liver with onion, both were homemade and tasted like it. Would definitely recommend! Kudos to the chef!

Shannon has changed ownership , yet most reviews and photos on here , are of the old Shannon and the old menu . I have now been there twice and love it. Prices are very reasonable , menu has a good variety of breakfast , sandwiches and dinner/lunch plates . Everything we have tried is very good and also good portions . Service was good , you order at the counter and they bring the food to you . The ambiance has changed and the restaurant is brighter and less clattered . I am posting a photo of the current menu , but they told me that some items may change. They also have some good specials from time to time . I will for sure keep going here ! I have never eaten every piece steak and fat on my plate. This was amazing and couldn’t leave a bite. When my fiance drove up to the front of the building I was confused wondering why he was taking me to a cafe. Definitely underestimated where I was going. Blueberry pie was very great as well.
