As many of you may know multiple subways in my area were shut down after failing food and health inspection. Multiple locations close their doors for good. Don’t let this shy you away from other subways. This was my first time ordering from this Subway location. The online process was extremely simple, with clear and easy to follow options. Check out was secure. Upon arrival the subway front was large and upon entering I was pleasantly surprised at how large inside Subway was. This location is immaculately clean. I’m going to go so far as to say this subway is cleaner than any restaurant I’ve eaten at in the last 10 years. I was taking care of by a very lovely young man. The meat cheese and vegetables all looked very fresh along with the area to make our subs. The seating area is very large huge picture windows to look out. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing I highly recommend a sit in lunch here. What I was surprised about was when the employee explained to me when you order online You do not then need to come to Subway and stand in line to pick it up. There was a designated area where all online orders are placed your name is on your bag You then turn around and you pick out your own bag of chips and your own drink if you had chosen those sides to go with your sandwich. Ordering online I also learned that there is a special every day of the week. They are exceptional specials at $6.99 I purchased a 6-in sub with a bag of chips and a drink. I will definitely become a frequent flyer at this subway location.

Jaffrey is by far my favorite and best Subway I’ve been in. Zack is one of the best workers. He’s so kind, and very helpful. The appearance of the store is so clean and way faster than other subways it only took me two minutes. I went to Winchendon and all the supervisor with the green hair does it talk bad about her employees and serve disgusting food and hard bread and her response to me “I don’t want to throw away the owners are strict” if the owners at strict at serving garbage food. Maybe they shouldn’t be a food business. I want to go to a food place to order and leave not hear the inconveniences the workers have! I brought my two kids at winchendon and they are GARBAGE. Always nasty veggies but jaffrey has such clean and fresh veggies. My order was made quickly and correctly. This will be my by far main subway I go to.

THE BEST SUBWAY EVER! I will travel 15 minutes away from Winchendon Subway to order at this location. Fresher veggies and service is fast and friendly, plus a lot cheaper compared to winchendon.

The best sandwiches we’ve had from quite a few subway locations over the summer. It’s crazy how rare it is to pick up an order with evenly distributed vegetables, the right amount of meat AND have it contain all of the requested ingredients.

Wonderful – when it is open!!! We used to eat here weekly. Fantastic staff/ decent (Subway) food. Then we came twice, during normal hours, and it was closed. So we didn’t return for a year. Decided to try it again tonight. Even called first – “yes, we are open till around 8. We won’t close early.” We arrived at 6:37 – lights were on but the doors were locked. No one came when we knocked on the glass.

Was finishing up eating when we were reminded they close in 5 min. Kinda disrespectful when I was dining with disabled individual. He was unable to finish food the food away and will not return. Lack of ingredients was abundant or if more than they had in stock! Not giving subway good reputation as I will share my experience with people.

Absolute nightmare of an establishment. Half the time they’re out of stock of various items. The employees couldn’t care any less about customer service and they are sloppy AF when it comes to making a decent sandwich.
If you’re planning on eating here, don’t expect good service or what you came in for. And don’t forget the wet naps because it’s going to get messy.
