Just drove of with my food at 6pm today January 28. I bought a $9box. They sold me be stail cinnamon twist for one. Second I got to eating my burrito that comes in the box all I could taste was spoiled meat not sure if it was the bacon or the steak. But this assured that I’ll never again eat this good from any restaurant not the first time corporate or franchise does this. It like people no longer have to know proper food handling and service

After 10pm they only accept DoorDash & online orders because they don’t want to work. They literally need to fire the night shift manager & the whole night staff. How do you stay open pass 2am but stop working by 10pm. At night time it’s better to go to the taco bell on calumet in Munster. They have better service, fresher food & always open. I can totally see why this Taco Bell has a 2 star rating. My kids love Taco Bell so I support this local one because I live in Lansing, however, I will take the drive next time to go to Calumet City. As a customer service manager and hiring manager the whole crew that worked on 2/26/2025 at 2:49pm should be coached and/or disciplined. Very dry attitude at the window and when asked to speak with a manager I was told there wasn’t one; just an overall terrible experience. There was no one behind me in line and because I got cut off at the window by a quick ending, so I simply drove to the window and asked can I just add a drink. The young lady expressed no… we don’t do add ons at the window. Again, there was no one in front of me, behind me, next to me, or inside… poor customer service. I asked her you want me to drive around again just for the drink? She said yes, drier than the Sahara dessert. On top of that I just spent $40 at this restaurant. Will NOT be recommending this Taco Bell to anyone. No wonder why this locations rating is so low and it’s always empty… do better Lansing Taco Bell…

This location actually makes good tacos that don’t stick to the bottom of the paper. Lettuce doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting on a heater for hours or was microwaved. Seriously decent tacos.

Went through drive through. Was the only person in the drive through, no customers inside, at 4:30-ish PM. Ordered a Nachos BellGrande and a crunchwrap supreme. Aside from the insane prices, when I got up to the window, the woman at the window asked me to put my car in reverse and then she would flag me to pull forward again when my food was ready. I declined. In exchange, I got nachos with no cheese on them at all, and they did not put my hot sauce in the bag like I asked. Cannot recommend that anyone visit this store, as the evening staff seem to be vengeful if you don’t help them cheat their drive through times. Also didn’t get a receipt – I asked for one, they said they’d put it in the bag, and they did not.

I literally came through the drive-thru at about 9:30 in the morning which I know is trifling for some breakfast lol But Taco Bell’s right next to Starbucks. I said I’ll just grab a taco so that I can eat Let me just tell you that was probably one of the best experiences at a Taco Bell I’ve ever had. The young lady at the window was so sweet and she helped me with the app and the rewards because I don’t really have it down yet. And then I got the food and let me just tell you it was so fresh you would have thought a friend made it for you at their house great experience!
