DO NOT GO HERE. you will not get the Hooters service you expect, we never got refills for our drinks. The Hooters girl standard are not being kept up at all here, girls with half a hair pin in her hair looks like she had bed hair sprawled out everywhere. The kitchen staff you could see were on their phones and we ordered the 20 piece BBQ wings, they were SWIMMING in sauce, so much so that the wings were sour, if I wasn’t so hungry I wouldn’t have eaten them. The atmosphere is not of hooter quality at all and the signs on the outside weren’t even lit up at all, unless you get directions you wouldnt know it was there. Will not be back. Save your time, your money and your stomach.

Hit up Hooters for nostalgia reasons. I honestly couldn’t remember the last time I’d been to Hooters. They had a good local brew on tap from Braided River. The wings and friendly Staff were just as I remembered. If football were on the TV, it would have been a near perfect afternoon.

Food was good. Service was bad. She was seating and waiting even though it wasn’t busy she couldn’t give me attention needed for my table. The wings took almost 45 minutes also. 🙁 The fries had been over peppered.

We recently visited the Daphne, AL. Hooters and had one of the worst dining out experiences ever! The place was not bust at all. We had a large party, about 10 total. When we got seated, there was one more group of about 5 sitting together, and a few people at the bar. There was one waitress, the bartender, 4-5 kitchen staff, and the manager. Once we were seated or waitress came over and said she would be with us shortly. Shortly turned into about 10 minutes. She finally took our drink orders, and went and put them in. Several minutes later she returned to take our meal orders. We have now been in the place about 25-30 minutes. The manager never came to our table to greet us the entire time we were there! Our orders were taken, and the waitress went to the other table to check on the other guest. After about 10 minutes, we finally started getting our drinks. I say started getting our drinks, because it took several trips to accomplish this. Some of us ordered sweet tea and was given unsweet. The soda machine ran out and had to be replaced. Several of us ordered appetizers and only one came out. It came out before some of us even got our drinks! After we had been in there close to an hour, our food starts to come out. Many of us were done eating before our other guest got their food. Still after all this time and poor service, the manager has yet to acknowledge us! We finally had had enough and told the waitress to bring our checks and cancel the food that had yet to arrive. She informed us it was minutes from being ready so we waited. We got our checks and started paying our tabs. This also took forever!! We finally went to the front welcome desk where she was ringing us up at and lined up so she didn’t have to make multiple trips. The manager was behind the counter helping her ring up the checks and I confronted her about the poor service. She seemed shocked by my assessment, and started making excuses. I asked why she hadn’t come over to greet us and she said that she was busy, even though there were only about 20 people in the place total! Oh, and the kitchen staff was seen playing and throwing food at each other while we were waiting on our food. I don’t know if this was just a bad night for them, or if this is there norm? Either way, I will not be going back to this Hooters location if I can help it. Very disappointed!!

Went around 2pm on a Saturday wasn’t crowded the girl at the door told me and my friend to sit where we wanted. We went to a table and sat for 7 minutes while 2 waitresses walked by didn’t speak nor did they ask if we needed anything before someone finally came and took our order. The waitress gave us our appetizer and left and wasn’t seen for another 7.5 minutes. Keep in mind its not busy in here and its only 5 tables with people sitting at them. The waitress seemed new and wasn’t very attentive to the needs of my table. Ordered and American Beauty hamburger and it was half done with no flavor. Also ordered boneless wings and received wings with bones in them which was fine. The table was not clean and a glass the waitress brought with a cup of ice was dirty. Never going back again. This was my first and last time going.

We ordered on a Saturday night probably when this crew was deep in the thick of it. My husband wasn’t aware of the full order so he didn’t know to look for the chocolate cake I added. That’s my bad, but this location went above and beyond to make it right. Now, onto the wings.. I stood by my kitchen counter where my husband sat the bag and I devoured 10 wings without so much as stopping for a breath. They were absolutely amazing and I regret nothing. The food was 5 stars easy! The staff and management deserve 10 stars! Thank you so much!

HALEY IS THE G.O.A.T. Cold beer, beautiful girls, and quality food. What more do you want? Don’t get me wrong. You know, for the most part, what you’re gonna get when you go to Hooters. While the food is pretty good, we go for the experience. And, without a doubt, the girls here definitely understand what it means to give every guest a positive experience. No one embodies this more, than the weekend bartender, Haley. She always greets you with a smile, and does all that she can to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room that matters. She always has such a cheerful attitude is attentive, friendly, and quite frankly, one of the coolest people alive. Within minutes it is clear that she understands the Hooters brand and what it means to be an ambassador of the Hooters name. While, the proximity to my home was the reason for my initial visit…Haley one of the reasons that I continue to return. It is always a positive experience, every time! Thank you for all that you do.

Not used to posting a “bad” review so this isn’t easy. Especially when it’s a place we’ve frequented & enjoy.
Visited this particular location after not being for awhile. Was not acknowledged after walking in although noticed – They used to take you to a seat & welcome you.
Took a seat & after 5-10 minutes a server appeared while everyone else was laughing, joking, going outside for smoke breaks etc.
Second surprise was the lack of cleanliness…tables, floors & windows. We decided to stay & shrugged it off as we just assumed maybe there had been a prior rush & lack of servers to help.
After reviewing the menu, noticing it was not only hard to read due to the print, items had been marked out – we were more than ready to order everything not just drinks since we had waited.
We waited yet again as the server forgot her pad…
Since we have been Hooter “Original Daytona Wing” lovers we were ready ! After a 30 minute + wait…We were VERY disappointed. Not only were the wings lacking sauce & crispiness they had a very strange vinegar taste. When we were able to locate our server we asked for some extra sauce just to compare what was on the wings verses in a container – OR they mistakenly used the wrong sauce. It happens. NOPE. It was AWFUL.
NOT sure IF there has been a change in the recipe, if someone didn’t mix the ingredients correctly or the sauce was old…..BUT they were NOT the same as they have always been for years. Very disappointed.
They also have changed the onion rings which were always great & no longer offer the tower. Now they are skimpy, cheap off brand frozen ones & over cooked.
We were never offered refills nor could we locate the server multiple times OR we would have shared our concerns. And believe me one patron is very vocal. We just gave up & was ready to go.
It’s disappointing since we’ve all been Hooter Wing Lovers since the first time in FL MANY years ago. We have visited MANY locations over the years & have NEVER been disappointed. It’s always been consistent.
We will not return to this location due to service, cleanliness & poor food quality. It wasn’t worth the $$$ we spent.
Hoping they can get things back in order & up to par…It’s a shame since Hooters usually is a great place for wings.

First off let me say they only have two girls working… our hostess was more helpful than the waitress! Asked about a sauce, she doesn’t eat wings! Ok… food took OVER an hour for the first of our 5 meals to come out. Never once did she check on us or say anything about the length of time. My meal came out 1.5 hrs later, after everyone else was finished or just about finished. Not the best experience and still tipped over 20% of my check. This store needs to update the customer service!
